This expansive nine-bedroom, nine-bathroom vacation rental is across the street from Isle of Palms Beach and offers an unparalleled retreat for up to 20 guests (or 22 including children aged 2 and under). Get to the beach in just a few easy steps on the handicapped beach access boardwalk directly across the street.
As you step inside, you're greeted by a sprawling open living area seamlessly flowing into the dining room, complete with two large dining tables, perfect for gathering the whole group. The fully equipped kitchen beckons culinary adventures with all the essentials at your fingertips.

4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals
* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

This place was awesome! We were there with 3 other couples and 7 kids among us under 4. The house was spacious, clean and seemed much nicer than the photos suggested. For some reason we thought it looked dated but were pleasantly surprised to find it was very well maintained.
The office was super responsive via phone, text and email. We called for a minor issue and they sent someone out to repair it right away.
The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. The pool was great and there is an awesome hangout area with patio furniture that is covered that we used on a rainy day.
One thing to note for kids - only one bathroom had a tub. Very minor but good to know.
Our group would all come back here in a minute. Highly recommend.

Dog friendly beach across the street for all the four legged friends to get a swim as well...

Our family ranged from 18 to 74. There was plenty of room for all 14 of us. The elevator was definitely a plus for groceries, luggage and older adults. The beach access across the road was very convenient. The property manager was very responsive when we needed help. Great place!

9 bedrooms. Plenty of room. Privacy if you wanted it. Close to beach. Adequate parking. Grocery store within a couple of miles. Quick response if there were any issues with the house.

The home is expansive and there was plenty of room for EVERYONE! This was a Girl's Trip 40th reunion and we are all too grown to sleep on floors, bunk beds, or together for that matter. The home is better than described! Nine very large bedrooms, the rooms are probably larger than the rooms in most individuals' private homes. 8 bathrooms all with en-suites (on jack and jill). The rooftop pool! Unfortunately, the weather did not accommodate us on the roof but for a portion of one day. The house is beautiful, and clean, has EVERYTHING from the wine bar to the outdoor grill and bar with inground pool! The ELEVATOR, which we did not discover until we carried most of the groceries up the stairs!
The view from the roof of the Atlantic Ocean and by the way the walkway to the beach is literally just across the street and is paved all the way to the beach. Not down the street but just at the end of the driveway. Plenty of parking on probably one of the most beautiful streets in Charleston! The check-in could not be easier and everything you need is just a few minutes ride away! GREAT GETAWAY! Will look to do this again!

The house is great. Across the street from the beautiful Isle of Palms beach and short drive to stores and restaurants.
The house was perfect for our large group of friends. We lost power one night due to Hurricane Ian. The next day the management company was very responsive and sent someone out to check out the situation right away.

I'm assuming you're familiar with IOP -the house location is great! Quick bike ride to Harris Teeter and right across from the beach access (never more than 50 people within 100 yards of us on the beach). The house was nice and relatively well equipped. We are used to OBX homes, and the absence of a second living space made things tight in the AM and at night; the young adults enjoyed the pool and rooftop. Concerns: several beds were uncomfortable (rock hard or too soft). The back bedroom has the pleasure of pool pump piping right outside the window, which we heard all night long for two nights. Most of your time at the beach is spent outside -save for the 8 hours of sleep; spend some $ on new bedding.

This home was the perfect spot for my husband and I to reconnect with his siblings and their spouses, and other family. Plenty of room for group meals, board games, and catching up around the pool. Everything was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. with shelf space left for our supplies. Access to the beautiful beach is right across the street. Exclusive Properties staff was wonderful and saw to our every need.

Lovely house, rooftop pool, expansive covered decks, kitchen well stocked, extra full fridge and freezer in the basement, second ice maker on main floor, comfortable beds and bedding, laundry facilities, not far from beautiful beach, trail right across the street. We had a great week here at Isle of Palms! Highly recommend!!
