Our Farmhouse is just minutes from both Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Dallas Lovefield Airport, within 15 minutes of AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field, American Airlines Center, Six Flags Over Texas, Hurricane Harbor, and many other central Texas attractions. If you are traveling for work, to visit family, attend concerts, attend sporting events, or just to relax, our Farmhouse is the perfect location for you.

NO PETS unless authorized at your time of reservation. Unauthorized pets will result in a cancellation of the reservation and a $150 fee for extra cleaning.

Security system including the smoke detectors, doorbell camera and carbon monoxide monitors are installed for your protection. *Disabling or tampering with this system is a violation of the house rules and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation
Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property, INCLUDING THE PORCH. Smoking will cause immediate cancellation of the reservation.
No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like without prior authorization or approval.
Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.
We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
FEES: Stained linens (towels and sheets) that can’t be cleaned will result in a $40 charge per item
FEES: Noise complaints will result in a warning and a second complaint will result in a $100 fine and cancellation of the reservation.
FEES: Lost TV, Fan, or AC remote control will result in a $100 Charge
FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge and cancellation of the reservation
FEES: Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 11 am is an additional $75. Please understand that we have cleaners scheduled after your stay.
FEES: $50 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.
FEES: We use NoiseAware (does not record audio) to ensure there are no sustained loud noises inside or on the patio. Tampering or unplugging these devices will result in $150 fine and immediate cancellation of reservation
FEES: Parking any box truck or commercial vehicle on property without prior approval will result in a $100 fine and cancellation of your reservation
