The perfect beach vacation in a recently renovated and stylish upper bungalow just steps from the Pacific Ocean and the best surfing beach in Newport.
Enjoy a welcoming atmosphere, beachy vibes and two outdoor decks, and you’ll be a bit removed from the noise and traffic in a more family-friendly location. You can safely walk or bike around, even to neighboring Huntington Beach. Not only is the location epic, but there is space to park in the 2-car tandem garage! Parking is a rarity in this beach town and you've got it!
Enjoy daily fun at the beach, less than 500 feet from the home off the PCH (California’s famous coastal highway). We provide beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach toys, and an ice chest. If you’re going to do the beach, do the beach right!
The space is stylish and breezy, with 2 comfortable bedrooms. The primary suite has a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The guest room features two plush Hawaiian twin beds with the bathroom in the hall.
Enjoy downtime moments in the cozy living room with a wall-mounted 65” Smart TV with a Sonos surround sound system. Perfect for movie nights or resting and recharging after the beach! The kitchen is fully equipped with all brand-new stainless appliances and everything you’d need to prepare meals at home. Plus, a double dishwasher for easy cleanups!
And the best part would be the fabulous outdoor space on both the front and back balconies. Relax on the front deck with a cushioned sofa lounge area and a redwood sundeck to work on your California tan! The gigantic back deck is enclosed for privacy, with a built-in outdoor kitchen and gas grill. You’ll find these will become the favorite spots in the house!
If you’ve got to work, don’t worry, there’s also reliable WiFi and plenty of comfy laptop spots.

You’ll be steps from the beach (500ft) at the best surf spot in Newport, a short drive to world-class shopping like Fashion Island, you can walk to neighboring Huntington Beach, and John Wayne International Airport is just 7.5 miles away. It’s on the quieter side of Newport Beach, more family-oriented away from the bars.
The home is 7.5 mi | 12.7 km from the John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA) and 41.2 mi | 66.3 km from LAX (Los Angeles Airport, north of Newport Beach).
The best means of transportation, if you’re not driving to the destination, is to rent a car or hire private transport (Towncar). There are also rideshare services like Super Shuttle and, of course, curb-ride services like Uber and Lyft, as well as taxis.
Like most beach houses in the area, this home is breeze/fan-cooled and does not have air conditioning.
It’s an upper unit, and guests will need to climb stairs.
We provide complimentary essentials like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry soap, dishwasher capsules, and toilet paper.
There’s no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, that service can be arranged for an extra fee.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of recreational drugs or illegal activity on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
