Combined kitchen, dining room and living room. Well-equipped kitchen. The cabin has a separate room with a shower cubicle, washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a toilet room with WC and hand basin. Final cleaning, electricity and firewood included in the price, free wireless internet. The cabin is heated with a heat pump and wood stove. Outside, there is a spacious terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. In the garden, there is a swing stand, a trampoline, and a playhouse for the children. A cozy stream runs through the property. There are good fishing and swimming opportunities in the lake Limavatnet only 50 meters away. Fishing also possible in Figgjoelva approx. 6 km in direction Sandnes, remember to purchase a fishing license. The cabin is located with proximity to both town/city and rural surroundings. Nearby attractions are Kongeparken, Kjerag and the famous Prekestolen, as well as the science factory in Sandnes, Rogaland Arboretum and the beautiful Jærstrandene.
