About this villa rental
Suitable for a large group or sevEral families.
Newly built villa with magnificent panoramic sea view, facing the island of Antiparos, Villa Amalthea overlooks the southwest of Paros island, offering a great lounge area pool in a bucolic environment.
Located halfway up the hill, multiple islands beckon. Sunsets over Antiparos Island are magic.
The villa has a Cycladic geometrical design with a dominant white styling supported by quality materials & furnishing. Striking a balance between minimalism and warmth, the villa suggests aspects of the Greek inspiration through a few artwork and frescos.
Perfect for whoever appreciates surroundings combining great comfort, natural beauty and style, the house offers accommodation for up to 11 people.
The villa comprises two connected units, with a vast distinct pool area facing the Aegean. Landscaping is maintained, decoration is modern with an artistic touch.
Front side of all units offers wide expanses of sea and sky, the back side terraces open on a hilly environment including olive groves, vineyards, old stone walls, local plants and trees.
A driveway leads to the main entrances, which are hillside.
The two neighbouring units of the villa are connected by large terraces and walkways.
Unit 1: Upon entering, guests will find a large living room, dining room and open kitchen. A corridor leads to bedrooms set apart, the master bedroom with a private protected pergola and another double bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms. The rooms also have direct access to the front terrace with sea view. The front pergola of unit 1 has a stone table for outside dining and a sitting area with a commanding peaceful view on the sea as well as the village windmill and the small church of Agios Giorgos.
Connected Unit 2: This area offers a spacious open plan living room with kitchen and dining area. A corridor gives access to 2 double bedrooms with sea view, and one single bedroom has a mountain view (all ensuite). The south terrace is also shaded by a canopy of “sails” and opens onto a vineyard. A great place for lunch or dinner.
In first floor and with access by an outdoor separate staircase, a separate double bedroom with ensuite bathroom can be found with its own terrace protected by a canopy from the sun. This unit provides privacy and an exclusive sea view.
An important advantage of the distributed layout is that residents can be together as much as they want, and at the same time have some privacy. Teenagers and Seniors can share the Greek experience but not encroach on each other’s lifestyle.
The swimming pool is adequate for lap swimming (18 x 4) but also has a knee-deep children’s area. The pool and its large terrace is somewhat lower and to the side, making it a space unto itself.
A pergola by the pool comprises a outdoor kitchen with a plancha.
The well-maintained Mediterranean garden with herbal plants, olives trees and vineyards gives the villa a serene atmosphere.
Equipment and furnishing has been assembled with care: Bedding from COCOMAT; Simple and sober furnishing including KARTELL, BO CONCEPT, VAN der ROHE, FOSCARINI lightings, ETHIMO outdoor furniture, contemporary paintings & sculptures.
Sandy beaches including Beach Club such us Faragas and Piso Aliki are only minutes away by car about 1,5 km. Nearby Aliki is a fishing village with engaging fish tavernas and nice restaurants by the sea, and with all the essentials – traditional bakery, fish market, supermarket, kiosks, pharmacy and ATM.

This villa is great, everything is new and works very well. The view of the islands and the Aegean Sea is spectacular. Interior comfort is clearly an asset of this rental (beds, kitchen equipment, etc.)
The exterior is well maintained, the garden made up of aromatic plants is pleasant and the XXL-sized swimming pool area is very successful, there is an outdoor kitchen sheltered by a pergola.
The location of this villa, facing the setting sun, is very pleasant, especially in summer!
Our stay was a success.
We hope to come back!
THANKS!!
