Dune Our Thing is a new construction property that will be the largest oceanfront home in Surfside Beach! Offering a large private pool with hot tub also featuring a 65" outdoor TV and stereo system. Outdoor shower available with this custom home where you will have plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. The full kitchen on the 2nd floor along with a kitchenette on the 1st floor collectively features professional Thermador appliances with three refrigerators & freezers, a large drink fridge, 48” oven & gas cooktop, and two microwaves. With two spacious common areas, each with 75” 8K TVs and Dolby Sonos & Atmos Soundbars, your family will have an abundance of living space creating the perfect atmosphere to make lasting memories together. The hi-speed 1Gig Fiber-Optic internet with Mesh WiFi provides streaming capabilities and a strong connection for those working remotely. There is ample parking (approximately 11 vehicles) and an elevator that reaches all floors, making for a convenient and comfortable stay for everyone in your family! Please note this is a 100% non-smoking property and no pets are permitted. This property has 3 exterior surveillance cameras located in the carport and at the front/ back doors.

High Speed 1 Gig Fiber Optic Internet with Mesh WiFi, 8K 75” TV in both 1st Floor and 2nd Floor Common areas with Sonos ARC Dolby Atmos Soundbars, 4K Smart Internet connected TV in Every Bedroom, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer on both levels, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.
Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. A 3% service fee will be added if you choose to pay with a credit card. E-checks are NOT accepted within 14 days of arrival.
