Complete privacy and security are guaranteed within the sprawling 500 square metre private walled terrace that comprises individual air-conditioned pavilions linked by Balinese-style wooden covered pergolas. The house is designed for tropical holiday living, with every vista is bathed in the greenery of lush tropical gardens. Your children will delight in feeding the goldfish in the pond!
The centrepiece of the house is the 12m x 6m Living, Dining and Kitchen pavilion with outlook to a private courtyard garden complete with resort-style pool, balinese-style cabanah and relaxation decks. By opening up the over-sized glass sliding doors, you create a perfect indoor-outdoor tropical living space that exudes relaxation and tranquillity. Looking out from the courtyard is a rainforest reserve complete with towering trees, tropical birdlife, Ulysses butterflies and even miniature kangaroos.
The house is pure luxury, with air-conditioning throughout, a well-appointed kitchen, tiled and timber floors, stone benchtops, indoor-outdoor bathrooms- and even a private outdoor bath. The super comfortable couches and King-sized beds with crisp white sheets are sure to make your stay a delight.
Located on Argentea Blvd within the exclusive Esprit Estate, Pura Indah is just a ten-minute stroll from Palm Cove beach and a mere 25-minute drive from Cairns International Airport.
Intermittent noise from a construction site two lots away may be heard in the villa. We appreciate your patience as this continues until further notice.

Please answer the pre-booking message truthfully at the time of booking. This is to help us get to know you to ensure the space suits your needs. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction. We have a strict no party policy. Do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of my home, or neighbours.
Please treat my neighbours with respect by keeping noise to a minimum and within acceptable levels.
Kindly observe the 10 am check-out time so our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning standards.
Please leave the home neat & tidy. We may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.
No pets and no smoking permitted. If smoking occurs in the property, we will have to charge guests to have the furnishings and carpet deodorised.
Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; any replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests.
