Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays through June 30, 2025. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of ResorticaHawaii.com. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating ResorticHawaii.com vacation rental properties. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

Beach Equipment: All of our vacation rentals include beach towels for the maximum occupancy, four beach chairs, two boogie boards, one beach umbrella and one small portable cooler.
Non-Smoking: All of our vacation rentals are Non Smoking. Many of the gated condo complexes are completely smoke free (including e cigarettes) within the entire gated complex.
Hair Dryer: There are hairdryers in each bathroom.
Baby Equipment: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please refer to our Concierge Service page on for local company that rents, delivers and picks up baby equipment.
No Pets: All of our vacation rentals are pet free.
Parking: Parking for one car in the garage. Additional car is on a first come, first serve basis in any unmarked/visitor parking spots. Maximum two cars allowed. Must have parking pass on dashboard throughout your stay. Parking Passes provided upon arrival. Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.
Swimming Pool: Two community swimming pools.

The Waikoloa Beach Villas are a gated condominium community in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii. Centrally located across from the Waikoloa Queens Marketplace, Island Gourmet Market and Kings Shops for great shopping and excellent dining. Anaehoomalu Bay Beach is a short 15 minute walk or a few minutes’ drive from the Waikoloa Beach Villas.
All of our vacation rentals include a basic “start-up supply” of: laundry detergent, garbage bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, plastic wrap and aluminum foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby grocery stores.

We loved everything about this condo. Beautifully appointed, comfortable and convenient. Right across from Queen’ Marketplace where there are shops, restaurants, and a market. Down a bit but still walking distance are the King Shops. Easy to get in and out of the complex. Property management is a dream to work with, very responsive and friendly. You won’t be disappointed!

Staying here works so well with our family. With access to the Hilton resort, there is so much to do for all ages. The condo is always in great shape, well-equipped, and we always enjoy our stay here. Highly recommend!

Steps from shops and restaurants, the Hilton pool pass was very handy (enjoyed the lagoon!), property management was prompt and very helpful, provided supplies and extras were just what we needed. We wanted for nothing, it was just perfect all around. Mahalo!

This is a beautiful condo with very nice furnishings and a well appointed kitchen. The inside is very discos and the back patio is great for afternoon Mai Tais. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a corner unit with remarkable layout and spacious room for family of eight. The landscape is remarkable and great pool area (could have been a little larger around the pool for sitting). Waikoloa Resort is a beautiful area and 25-30 mins away from Kona (Which is good). Don't find Kona as appealing as it once was.

We had a wonderful time! We loved the condo and it was large enough for all of us. It was convenient to shopping and some beaches. We loved and used the Waikoloa Hilton passes almost everyday. Kids loved the water slides!
Sherry and Lars were good at responding to us if we had questions and their management was quick to respond if we needed assistance. We will definitely stay there again!

The property itself was just as described. There were lots of pots and pans for cooking, spices, saran wrap, 2 complimentary starter coffee packets, serving dishes, and paper towels. There were no facial tissues or napkins. The freezer had ice packets to use in their picnic coolers. A lot of snorkel gear, umbrella, beach toys and 8 beach chairs in the garage. My only complaint was that the final price for the condo was literally double the advertised price online. This is not the owners fault, it is just all the cleaning and taxes, etc. fees. I loved the location, condo furnishings, Hilton Pool Pass, etc., but it was the hidden fees that we were not pleased with. I am not exaggerating when I say the final price was doubled. We were there 5 nights.

Convenient location, lovely kitchen, everything we needed for beach fun (including masks, fins, snorkels). Very nice pool with shallow section for little ones to enjoy right out the back door.

The property we stayed in far exceeded our expectations. It was just perfect for our family. Sherry was very instrumental helping us plan our activities to insure we made the most of our time in Hawaii.
We would not hesitate to recommend this property to another guest. We would like highly recommend Sherry as a host.
If we have an opportunity to return to Hawaii in the future this would be our property of choice.

No issues at all with the stay. Appears to be mostly rental units in this condo area. Property is managed by Resortica Hawaii and I didn't have any interaction with them outside of checking in and out. This unit is higher priced than other units in this same development. The Shell gas station that is close to the development is way overpriced ...try and fill up elsewhere. Pool was great and the close by restaurants / market were walk-able from this unit.

Loved this place! Would stay again, but a couple of pieces of info: Road noise was louder than I expected, internet signal stinks— make sure you screen shot your gate code/condo info because it took us like 40 minutes to access the info, the property mgt company closes at 4, and we couldn’t check in until 4 so they were no help. However, the condo was excellent, and me and my family were so relaxed. The pool was great too! Hilton pool passes wind up saving like 80 per day with parking and admission! Great deal!

This was our first time on the Big Island. The townhouse was very spacious . It gave us room to spread out and grandchildren had plenty of room to play. It was nice to be near the pool. Shopping and restaurants were all in walking distance which made it very nice. Hilton pool pass was a big plus. We enjoyed going there. The owners Sheri and Lars were absolutely awsome ,they replied back very fast on any questions we had. We had such an enjoyable time staying at the Waikoloa Beach Villas . I would definitely recommend this my family and friends!

We had the best experience staying in this property. Close to pool, walking distance to beaches and easy access to Hilton Waikoloa. Loved having a day pass to Hilton for the pools, dolphins and we saw turtles in the lagoon. Dinner at Lava Lava Club with beautiful sunsets. Also, property was a 5 minute drive to golf. Thank you!

Perfect place for couples trip (3couples). Very close to pool and local sites. Beds comfortable. Good response from owners when needed. Even had a visitor on porch ever morning. Kona brewery not to far away definitely worth the trip.

The location was great- easy to get anywhere. Not far from front gate- so easy to walk to both Queens Market and Kings Market. Community pool practically right out back door, so the children loved it. We REALLY appreciated the pass to go to the HIlton pools- THANK YOU. The only thing that was lacking was the parking pass- we parked in an unmarked spot, and thought it was ok, but got a warning notice. But we went to management, and they gave us a pass to put in the car window. But that was minor inconvenience. We can't say enough nice things about staying here.

The property was easy to find and everyone around was very friendly. It was in a nice gated community right next to a shopping center that is within walking distance.
The house was easy to check into and the communication with the owners was excellent. They provided us with a list of activities that we could do in the area as well as were very helpful and any questions that we might’ve had.
Overall the place was very nice and had everything that we needed including laundry soap, garbage bags, and additional things that you were unable to travel with.

But your kitchen faucet needs a new sprayhead - when you change from stream to spray it goes sideways. you should be able to get a new one fairly easily. I'm sorry i forgot to tell you

The condo functions very well especially in terms of the layout. It’s rare in Hawaii to find three bedrooms with queen beds and three bathrooms and the common spaces are large enough for everyone to comfortably gather. The kitchen is quite well equipped, though FYI it doesn’t provide spices or condiments. The location is very good—close to the pool and across the street from the shopping center and close enough to the beach to walk there. Another nice benefit is the Hilton pool pass for six people. The main caveats are that the air conditioning wasn’t cooling consistently and the blinds in two of the bedrooms don’t work well and let light in. Other than that, the condo worked very well for our family.

I was so glad I booked this condo. It was just the right size for our family of 8 adults. Everyone had their own space and if they needed to get out they could go to the nearby shops and restaurants. Everything was in good working order and there was lots of beach gear. Would definitely book again!

We only spent 3 nights on the big island but the property is located in a great spot for day trips no matter which direction you’re headed. Hosts left us an extensive list of things to do and beaches to relax and snorkel, restaurants and so much more. We used it often and appreciated this special touch!

Property was excellent and the perfect size for the 6 of us. The grounds were beautiful and the unit was quiet, even with the pool being so close. We did not hear any noise. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday. The Hilton pass was a plus and we used it several times for the kids to snorkel in the lagoon. Having the Queen's Marketplace right across the street made everything so much easier for groceries, eating out/or takeout and general shopping. We also enjoyed the public beach area just a short distance away. The unit had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We definitely recommend the property and the owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Thank you to Sherry and Lars.

We stayed four nights at this lovely home. The neighborhood is gorgeous and the pool is right outside the back door. We enjoyed grilling on the patio and having cocktails there in the evening. A high-end shopping center is right across the street with restaurants/bars and a fantastic grocery store. A perfect beach is just a 10-15 minute walk or 2 minute drive. The home had everything we needed for a great stay.

Location is key - staying in Waikoloa for sun and not vog (volcano fog) and much to do within walking distance (although having a car is important for enjoying what the whole island has to offer) Waikoloa Beach Villas never disappoint.

We are a family with 3 kids and an au pair. The house was perfect for us. I loved that we could walk across the street to the shops and grocery, and had day passes to the Hilton (kids enjoyed the pool!).
The location was also really great in terms of weather - for sure the driest part of the island but that meant lots of sunshine.
Easy to get to other parts of the island; we did a few driving tours and nothing felt too far away. Very close to some of the most beautiful sand beaches.
Owners left a guide book and print out of their favorite spots which was super helpful.
The house itself was comfortable and big enough for all of us but great value. I liked that it was a very quiet HOA neighborhood. Very safe.
Would love to stay again.
