About this apartment rental
Welcome to this luxurious condo that is centrally located between the Westwood and Century City districts of Los Angeles. It is a one-bedroom unit with a queen bed. The den is being used as a second, small bedroom with a twin bed. There is one parking place. Located on a quiet street and just a 10-minute walk from Century City Westfield mall. You're a short drive from Beverly Hills Rodeo Drive, The Grove, Santa Monica 3rd Street Promenade, UCLA, Cedars-Sinai Hospital, and Kaiser Hospital.
-One master bedroom: Queen size bed, two large sliding closets, chest for clothes (a new one has been included since taking pictures), two nightstands, two lamps, recess lighting, AC + heater, large windows with plantation shutters, dressing table/ section + mirror, laundry basket
-One den: The den is currently being used as a second, small bedroom. It contains one two bed, a chest (a new, larger one has been included since taking the pictures), lamp, recess lighting, large barn doors, large window, black out blinds with remote
-Living room: One large living room with large couch with pillows, two arm chairs, one coffee table, one TV console, one large TV with Amazon firestick, extra cabinetry for storage + mirror, large windows + blinds, workstation with desk + chair
-Kitchen: Small kitchen with full refrigerator + freezer, new 2024 LG dishwasher, oven + stove, microwave, sink with garbage disposal, plenty of cabinetry, Ninja coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, plates, cups, pots + pans, cutlery, mugs, etc.
-Full bathroom: One full bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, toilet, and sink with plenty of cabinet space
-Hallway: Between the living room and bedroom + bathroom, there is a hallway with sizeable extra closet space and sliding mirrored doors (not seen in pictures)
-Parking: This unit has one designated parking spot
-Gated entry: The building is completely secured with only gated/ keyed entry to the property
-Laundry room: There is a laundry room on site (only a few steps outside of the unit) with two washers and two dryers located in the lower level of the building

Monthly rentals must go from beginning to the end of month. Cannot accommodate monthly rentals that terminate mid month.
Parties are not allowed. Loud music is not allowed.
Guest must declare the correct number of occupants (3 max), only declared individuals are allowed to stay at the property.
Contact info for all tenants must be provided at the time of booking (Copy of drivers license, name, last name, address, email address, phone numbers). Failure to do so will VOID the reservation.
TransUnion SmartMove Soft Background check will be sent to each tenant. Tenant must complete soft background check (free of charge) within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to complete within 24hrs will result in reservation to be VOIDED.
Rental Agreement will be sent to each tenant for e-signature. Tenants must e-sign the rental agreement within 24hrs of receipt. Failure to complete the rental agreement within 24hrs will result in reservation to be VOIDED.
