Guests must announce their intent to purchase the passes when submitting registration forms (latest on Saturday). The Admin office is closed on Sundays, and there is no way to obtain a pass when they are closed.  


It takes a 20-30 min walk or a 5 min drive from the house to any amenities in different parts of the community. 





-- ENTERING THE COMMUNITY --


To obtain a guest pass at the security gate, the community requires our guests to fill out a Guest Registration form with basic information to help us organize their stay. All guests must provide an email address. We will attach the registration form with a fillable PDF file.


Please Note: No Guests and or Vehicles will be allowed in the Community without prior registration. Forms must be submitted 2 days before arrival.


Guests must provide vehicle details and the drivers' names who will enter the community. Such rules make the community area secluded and secure.

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

GUEST REGISTRATION


We are located in a gated community called Penn Estates. For every reservation, a Guest Registration form must be submitted at least 2 days before arrival to allow for processing.  Forms submitted in 1 day or less are subject to additional processing fees. 


UNDERAGE  


Reservations are not allowed for individuals under 21 years of age. For groups where everyone is under 25, the need for a Parental Guarantee Letter is determined at our discretion based on the ages of the remaining members.


PETS ALLOWED


We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. An additional cleaning fee applies.


COVID-19 SANITIZATION


Our guests' health, safety, and well-being are paramount. For this reason, we conduct a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.


NO SMOKING INSIDE


Please refrain from smoking inside the home!


NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED


We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. We especially want to emphasize the ban on fireworks.






General Guidelines 


Maximum Occupancy: The township and the Penn Estate community have legal mandated that the maximum occupancy be 12 guests.

  GUEST REGISTRATION  

* All quests must include a Guest Registration form. A PDF file will be sent to the email provided when you submit the reservation. 

* To ensure timely registration, forms must be completed and sent to us 3 days before arrival. 

* Forms provided after 12 pm of the day before or on arrival day are subject to a $55 late processing fee.


   CHECK - IN  

* Check-in time is 5 PM on your arrival date. 

* There are two gates to the Penn Estates community. Only one allows visitors: Welcome Center, 525 Penn Estates Dr, East Stroudsburg PA, 18301. Guests should set their navigation to Welcome Center first or add it as a first stop on their way to the property. 

* Check in at the Welcome Center, confirm your registration and receive a vehicle pass. Must provide a valid Driver's License.

* Proceed to the property. Use the code provided via email and/or text to open the Smart Lock at the front door.  


Indoor Sauna and Outdoor Hot Tub Rules 

* Age Restriction: The sauna and hot tub use is restricted to guests aged 18 and over. 

* Supervision: Guests under 18 must be supervised by an adult when near these facilities. 

* Health Warning: Guests with medical conditions should consult a doctor before using the sauna or hot tub. 

* Alcohol: Avoid alcohol consumption when using the sauna and hot tub. 

* Time Limit: Limit usage to 15-20 minutes to prevent overheating or dehydration. 

* Hydration: Drink plenty of water before and after using the sauna or hot tub. Cleanliness: Shower before and after use to maintain hygiene.  


Fireplace Rules 


Propane-Fueled Fireplace: The fireplace is propane-fueled and does not require additional materials. Operation: The guest manual provides instructions for safe use. 


Wood-Burning Fireplace: we do not provide wood


Beverage Rules: Guests are advised to consume food and beverages, especially alcohol, responsibly.

PARKING

* Driveway Parking Only: Parking is permitted only in the driveway. 

* No Street Parking: Street parking is strictly prohibited$ 55 violation fee.


NO SMOKING INSIDE


No smoking or vaping is allowed anywhere on the property. Any smoking evidence will result in a $1,000 fee for odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.


NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED

* No Fireworks Allowed: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property. 

* There are no Open Fires anywhere on the property.

* Fire Pits: if the Ban is in effect, fire pits are not permitted anywhere on the property. 

* Fine for Violation: Local enforcement will impose a fine of up to $2,000 for any fireworks or open fire rules violations.

The $20 Fee must be collected by the Host via Credit Card at the time of the reservation or $25 in cash only at the property. 





SECURITY DEPOSIT


$300 security deposit is required for all reservations. Fully refundable within 72 hours after the stay, confirming all the above is clear of any violations. 





  CHECK - OUT  

* Check-out time is at 11 AM on your departure date. 

* Take the garbage to the outside bins. (We recycle) 

* Leave all used towels near the laundry area. 

* Store the dishes in the dishwasher machine and turn it on.

* Turn off all Appliances and AC, including Sauna and Lights.

* Set  Heating thermostats on walls to 60F (Winter time) 

* Don't forget all your personal belongings.

* Ensure the property is left in good condition. 

* Shut windows and doors. Lock the Smart Locks ONLY. 


 These rules are set to ensure our guests' comfort and the property's maintenance. Violations will result in penalties or termination of the stay. We appreciate your cooperation and hope you enjoy your time at our Penn Estate home!
