Make yourself at home! Bella Casa is a laid-back beach house with an open floor plan. The spacious living area offers comfortable lounging for the entire family.

Located only one block from the beach, you'll have your toes in the sugar-white sand in no time! And when you've had enough fun in the sun, relax and enjoy your evening cocktail by the private pool.

Catch up on that much-needed rest and relaxation with plentiful sleeping accommodations for up to 12 people:

King Guest Suite located on the 1st floor offers a walk-in closet, built-in desk & bookcase, and private entry to the 1st floor full bath. (Sleeps 2)

King Master located on the 2nd floor. Easily organize your belongings in the spacious walk-in closet. Wind down on the private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and then fully relax as you soak in the Jacuzzi tub. Enjoy your favorite TV show on the Flat Screen before slumbering off to dreamland. The Master ensuite features a granite vanity, separate toilet room, and Jacuzzi tub with separate shower. (Sleeps 2)

The King Guest Suite, also located on the 2nd floor, features a walk-in closet, built-in desk & bookcase, television, and private bath. (Sleeps 2)

Bunkroom with wet bar & half bath located on the 3rd floor. The bunk bed is a twin/queen bunk sleeps 3. A day bed with a trundle also sleeps 2. There is a futon that converts to a double bed. This large and roomy bunkroom will definitely be where the family wants to gather for an evening of fun. Watch the family's favorite TV shows on the Flat Screen, play games at the large coffee table, or simply create lasting memories while laughing, playing and taking in the sensational sunsets and panoramic view of the Gulf on the large sun deck right off of the 3rd-floor bunkroom.

The locals refer to the east end of the beach as “the quiet end of the beach”. But not to worry…quiet does not mean boring!

From Bella Casa walk or bike (1/3 mile) to the must-see St. Andrews State Park nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Grand Lagoon. St. Andrews Park is the second most visited park in Florida and is the first park to win the prestigious Awards of being named the “Best State Park in Florida” twice in a row and the “Best Beach in America” by Dr. Beach.

In addition to being the area's top spot for diving, snorkeling, and surfing, the Park also has an amazing variety of wildlife, from whitetail deer to alligators and even the occasional manatee! Anglers enjoy fishing from the Park's two fishing piers, the bay-to-gulf fishing jetty, and two boat launches.

Nature lovers will also want to pay a visit to Shell Island for a day of shell collecting and dolphin sightings. The location of this home and it's general layout can't be beat. It is set up perfect for two families with children to stay at. It is a block from the beach. Overall would have been a great home except..... This house is not being maintained. To the point that some people may have health issues. There is a serious leak coming from up on the roof top deck into the master bedroom by the door. It has been there for a long time. There is mold in the house from it. I took a bunch of pictures and would post them with my review if VRBO had a way. You will see the floor boards seriously damaged with mold and then the drywall and trim has mold. Other general maintenance issues. The pool never worked while we were there. Chris was responsive and came over to look at it but it never got fixed. One of the chairs to the kitchen table had the bolt coming out so you couldn't sit in it. The furniture on the roof top deck was destroyed. We couldn't spend time up there. The middle deck has 3 spindles broken out so you wouldn't want a child up there. Like I said it is good house in a good location and is layed out well but I wouldn't recommend staying there until the water leak has been addressed and the mold remediated. It sucked not having the pool since we paid a premium for it. Overall we still had a good vacation but I would rent one of the homes next to this one if I went back because they look to be in better condition.

We had the most wonderful time! The kids loved the pool, the adults loved the access to the beach, the rooftop deck, and Patches Pub! All the beds were comfortable and we would love to stay here again!

We had a very small check-in issue but the host was quickly able to fix it. Beautiful home. I absolutely love the shower in the master bath. The pool was perfect since the ocean was really rough for the younger kids. My 3 year old actually learned to swim and basically lived in the pool! Perfectly stocked kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Far enough away from the craziness but close enough to not drive far. I highly recommend this house!

Location was excellent with the beach around the corner. Property was clean and comfortable. We had 8 in our group. Very spacious. Kitchen was equipped well. A few minor issues but Chris was able to resolve for us. Chris is a great host and responsive to any communication. This property would definitely be on our list to check for when we return back to the area.

This was the perfect place for our family of 8. There was great sleeping space and bathrooms. Relaxing by the private pool was awesome, and it was a very close walk to the beach. Also, we loved the area, with plenty of things within walking distance, including St. Andrews State Park being very close. We would definitely stay here again!

The cottages were close ,but nicely decorated and clean..the pool heater didn’t work except the last 11/2 days of stay..but some of the kids went in anyway.. very close to beach which was located near a beautiful area state park.. All in all a good experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in PCB. The house was beautiful and plenty of room for all - 8 adults 2 children and a baby. Patches sports bar across street was fantastic! Very short walk to beach...beautiful blue clear water. Everyone enjoyed snorkling. Chris was wonderful and very quick to respond.. Highly recommend staying here for a family vaca! We will be back!

The living room furniture looked brand new and there are flat screen TVs in every room. The home was nicely decorated. It's very close to the beach too. You don't have to cross busy streets to get to the beach like some places. The property manager, Chris, was wonderful to work with. I'm definitely coming back!

We stayed at Bella Casa in June and couldn't have born happier with the location. The house is so close to the beach! House was very clean and spacious. Chris, the property manager was so great to work with. Couple of things I would improve/update would be the living room furniture, televisions and downstairs mattress and decor. Everything else was great. My teenagers loved the loft area. Overall, highly recommend for the location and property manager. We would definitely reconsider staying here again.

Chris was very helpful with our booking of this property. The house had everything we needed. Could use updated tvs in every room and updated living room furniture but overall was very clean and nice. The master bedroom had comfortable bed and was very large with large bathroom and closet. Mattresses in twin beds were not comfortable but upper floor had other beds for teens to use. The closeness to the ocean was great within walking distance to schooners and beach was perfect (not too crowded). The house was very good for dogs as well. Overall, we loved it and would highly recommend it for large family. Enjoyed schooners, margaritaville and captain andersons

We were a little hesitant about staying at first given one of the very negative ratings. However we wanted a place near the ocean and was willing to take a chance. We are so glad we did. The house exceeded our expectations. It was clean and everything looked great. The property manager Chris was super nice and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. The location was perfect, close to beach, easy short walk to beach & great view from deck. The house was quiet & clean, the kitchen adequately furnished. We had 3 families( parents & adult children with small children) and each got a floor for time alone. We would stay again & recommend friends. It was so nice to have own pool for small children & adults. Added plus, the property manager stopped by to check on needs.

This is one of the dirtiest places we have ever stayed! The beds had not been changed, master bed was full of sand. All the towels were sour smelling and damp. The dishes in the cabinets and the silverware in the drawers had food stuck to them. The floors were dirty and sandy. We had ants in the kitchen all week. The coffee machine did not heat properly and the gas grill could not be used due to rusted and broken grills. My wife and I actually went to the office in Panama City to express our concerns and see what they could do to correct. Nothing happened, not even an apology for any of these issues. Sent an email to the president of this company a week after we got back and have yet to hear from him either. This could be a great place if it was cleaned properly, updated a little and managed by a more responsibly company. At this point I would definitely not recommend this property or more importantly this company if I was looking for a place to rent in the Panama City Beach area!! The only reason it got one star was it's location to the beach.

Great location and house layout. My only complaint is that the furniture in the living room needs replaced or professionally cleaned. The furniture was a little soiled from use. Malinda the property manager is second to none. She made the whole experience better with her service and professionalism.
