The vacation property Chamois AZ1 is a spacious 3-room apartment with an area of 80 square meters located on the ground floor. It features a bright, practical, and comfortable layout with an entrance hall that has two wall-trunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). The living/dining room is equipped with a TV, radio, CD-player, and DVD, and it provides access to the garden and terrace. There are two dedicated bedrooms: one room has two beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), and another room has a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Please note that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, such as a gallery or alcove.

The apartment is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and television. The open kitchen is fully furnished with an oven, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a raclette grill and fondue set (cheese). Capsules for the coffee machine (Nespresso) are available at an extra cost. The apartment also features two bathrooms: one bath/WC and one shower/WC. Guests can enjoy a small terrace and garden, with both north-facing and east-facing positions, offering beautiful views of the mountains.
