This home has 5 bedrooms with two living rooms and can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. There are a total of 2 King, 2 Queen, and 2 full beds.

Bedroom 1 - Indulge in the spacious luxury of the primary bedroom, featuring a King bed with memory foam mattress and large closet.
Bedroom 2 - This modern bedroom boasts a Queen mattress and large closet.
Bedroom 3 - This bedroom features a Queen memory foam mattress and large walk-in closet.
Bedroom 4 - With a Queen bed and contemporary design elements, this bedroom exudes chic elegance. Natural light and modern decor create a welcoming oasis for guests or family members.
Bedroom 5 - This room has two full sized beds and plenty of space for kids and adults alike.

You'll find 3 clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find walk-in showers. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your group's needs.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances with everything you will need to cook magnificent dinners.

The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal and movie with your group. There is a dining table for 4 and two couches.

The house has a fenced-in yard, BBQ, and outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the famous CO weather!

There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Interstate 70. There is a grocery store 5 min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.

Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more.

This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Parties will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.
