Enter via key pad with code of your choosing to the first floor that has a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (generous amounts of cookware, drinkware, dishes, glasses, stocked coffee station with Keurig and regular drip maker, waffle maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, blender, cleaning supplies, paper products, and more); a comfy living room with seating for 6 on new plush reclining couches and a smart tv that opens into a dining room with seating for 10 at a table and corner booth; a brand new modern full bathroom with heated floors; and a den equipped with TV, two pull out couches, and games that can double as an extra sleeping space with the benefits of being in the back of the house away from the entertainment space with easy access to the full bathroom.
The den opens onto the patio with retractable awning and expansive backyard with firepit, Adirondack chairs, and backyard games.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms, with quality new mattresses, pillows, and linens, with ample storage space in closets and dressers empty and ready to use. The primary bedroom has a queen and a full bed to sleep up to four, with a large closet, dresser and nightstand, as well as a ceiling fan. The second bedroom is a twin over full bunkbed with a twin trundle, to sleep up to four, with a large closet, dresser, and ceiling fan. The third large bedroom has a xl twin over queen bunk bed, as well as a xl twin bed to sleep up to five. There is also a second full bathroom upstairs with tub and shower, plenty of towels and washcloths, toilet paper, hairdryer, and some toiletries to start with.
Parking available for up to 4 cars in driveway and single attached garage. 6 minute walk to the center of the village (bars, restaurants, live music, festivals, spas, shopping, grocery store, playground, skate park, and more) or 6 min drive to Holiday Valley for skiing, sledding, mountain biking, pools, hiking, mountain coaster, zip-lining, high rope course and more!
We are local, responsive, and happy to help you with anything during your stay. Otherwise we are happy to leave you alone to enjoy your time. We have an easy contactless check-in and out process that requires very little of our guests.
