This elegant apartment, with approximately 100 m² and a stunning 50 m² garden with private pool, is a real gem in a building with a lift on the ground floor, so you can easily access your oasis of tranquility. In addition, you have the option of having an optional Private Parking for a value of €25/day to guarantee the comfort of your stay. The nearest metro station, Muntaner, will allow you to move around the city with ease. Please note the following important information before booking: - The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card). - Rest 70% will be charged upon arrival in CASH or by card with 3% bank processing fees. (We do not accept American Express Card) - A security deposit of EUR 400 will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days. - Replacement of towels, sheets, or toilet paper is not included. - Travel cot/Travel cot: Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it. -Arrival after hours: - Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €40 in cash, after 11pm it will be €50. - The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona will be applied. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
