NO SMOKING/Vaping/E-Cigarettes (strictly prohibited) inside property: $1,000 penalty fee (designated area=Backyard Patio).
NO PARTIES/EVENTS/Loud Music (strictly prohibited): Vallejo Muni Code: Chapter 7.58 - Social Nuisance Ordinance.
CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00/4PM. CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00/11AM. Guest(s) not vacating by this time will be charged the following
night. Upon payment of a fee, late check-out may be arranged. Contact us immediately If Guest(s) wish to extend their stay.
PARKING: DRIVEWAY: Reserved/Designated upon booking. STREET: ONLY park directly in front of or to the side of the house.
DO NOT block neighbor(s) driveway(s) access. Emergency Access (California Fire Code 503.4 & 503.2.1): Parking shall not
obstruct roadways less than 20’ wide.
REMOVE SHOES upon entering the house: $300 penalty fee if wearing shoes inside property.
QUIET HOURS: 9PM-7AM (Neighborhood Ordinance): Lower television/laptop sounds &/or use headphones. The property is
located in a VERY QUIET neighborhood corner where sounds echo, be considerate of our neighbors. Use "library" voices when
talking outside. No yelling, shouting, whistling, or singing on public roads. The making or continuing, or causing to be made &
continued, of any loud, unnecessary or unusual noise which disturbs the peace & quiet of the neighborhood or which causes
discomfort or annoyance to any reasonable person of normal sensitivity residing in the area are considered noise disturbances
(City of Vallejo Municipal Code 7.84.010). ARRIVING AT NIGHT: minimize noise pollution from luggage, talking, vehicles, etc.
Additional Unauthorized Guest(s): Unreserved/unpaid/upfront non-disclosed overnight Guest(s) will incur a charge of $50 per
person, per night stayed. DO NOT exceed the Occupancy Limit.
TOILETS: only flush toilet paper & natural waste. DO NOT flush feminine products, flushable wipes, paper towels, etc.
We hold no responsibility for any lost or damaged personal belongings &/or valuables.
NO PETS
No Commercial photography & filming.
Lock all doors when going to bed &/or leaving the property.
AIR CONDITIONERS: Please conserve energy & gas. Turn-off A/C unit(s) when out of the house. When using the A/C(‘s)
make sure Furnace is OFF by placing Thermostat switch (located in the back Family Room) on “Off/Cool.”
EVENING/NIGHTTIME (~8PM): outside temperature cools off SIGNIFICANTLY...Instead of using the A/C(’s) to maintain a
cool inside environment, it is MUCH faster and more efficient to simply open the windows (while using the box fans if
desired) for a nice, fresh, soothing, & cool evening/night breeze. MORNING (~10AM) & DURING THE DAY: When/If the
outside temperature becomes warmer outside than inside, we recommend closing all doors, windows, & blackout thermal
curtains/shutters to capture & retain the cool night air inside the house. It is VERY important to block the heat from the
sun (being in the shade can EASILY take off 15 degrees Fahrenheit), as the hot sun & hot outside weather can really heat
up the inside environment. Doing the above will keep the inside MUCH MUCH cooler & more enjoyable during your stay.
Turn off interior house lights before going to bed.
BBQ: To remain unobstructed above. Propane refilling and cleaning is self-service. Close/Turn off propane tank when done.
Use placemats & coasters on wooden surfaces.
Respect is essential for personal property, others, any & all Guests, & neighbors. Simply use reason & logic.
Our personal property/belongings, linens, toiletries, & supplies shall always remain inside the premises. Guest(s)/Visitors will be
charged accordingly for damaged and/or removed items.
Outdoor Security Cameras (Driveway, Front Doorbell, & Backyard Patio) to remain on & unobstructed during entire stay.
Observe cleanliness outside the property, inside, & in the bedrooms. GARBAGE placed outside should be in an
appropriate/suitable covered container. Garbage Day is Tuesday Morning…Monday evening, please roll outside cans (located to
the left of the house) to the street, once emptied, return them to behind/inside fence/gate.
ONCE DONE WITH YOUR STAY, please clean up after yourselves. Thoroughly wash dishes & put them away when dry. Wipe
down dirty surfaces, supplied cleaners under kitchen sink. Remove dirty sheets & bundle them in a pile with the used towels on
the bed (so our cleaners know which beds were used). Return keys to respective lockboxes & spin combination spindle (lost
key(s) will be charged accordingly). Contact us to request Housekeeping during your stay (additional fee applies).
Use bedrooms ONLY for peaceful occupancy.
Any breach of the rules/law(s) of the Short-Term Rental Platform/City/County/State/Federal is hereby prohibited. We reserve
the right to immediately dismiss or ban Guests due to any violation of the above.
**Any damages to the property (either by Guest(s) or their visitor(s)) shall be charged to the Guest at Hosts’ sole discretion.**
