- Open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glassware, dishes, utensils and wine fridge
- Kitchen opens to Family room with TV and fireplace and French doors that open out to the back paved patio
- Kitchen also connects to breakfast/sitting room
- Vaulted entryway brings wonderful natural light all day
- Master bedroom on the 2nd floor with king bed, 2 walk-in closets, ensuite master bath and shower
- One Queen bedroom on the 2nd floor with ensuite full bathroom
- Two additional Queen bedrooms on the 2nd floor
- 5th room has two Twin beds with trundles that can sleep 4.
- Basement is open and finished, complete with Gym (TV, Peloton bike, treadmill, dumbells, upright pullup/dip bar), couch/TV space, pool table convertible to air hocky, basketball pop/shot hoops, kids art table.
Backyard:
Heated, Gunite 40' salt-water pool surrounded by 4 lounge chairs, seated couch area, 2 loungers, floats, pool toys, woodburning firepit, table with benches/chairs seat 8-10.
Other:
LG washer/dryer, central air, wifi, several Sonos speakers (wired/wireless), multiple SMART TVs, beach cart, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, corn-hole, boogie boards, 2nd fridge/freezer in the garage, 4 bikes, 2-car attached garage
Pets: we will consider small pets on a case by case basis.
