This is a fantastic hotel. Went on a weekend just get out of town and explore trip and plan to make that a 3 - 4 times a year trip and will be returning. Given the Beautiful layout, cleanliness across the board, easy valet (text and by the time you get downsrairs already waiting and warm), happy and courteous staff, plus wonderful cocktail bar and supper club along with countless other amenities made everything better than expected. A simpler and nice break from a bnb stay for that impluse trip. Also, lastly thanks to the hotel and app for nothing deceiving about the hotel or pictures as you get as good or better. P.S.
Sorry it took so long to post a review, but life happens and staying here for a weekend made that part a little less stressful and a little more enjoyable. Regards, Reece

My car was broken into while parked in the Valet area. I received a phone call at 3am requesting that I come down to the parking lot and speak with the police. Made for a long, delayed Monday morning and I missed several meetings and was exhausted because of it.

Check in was easy and quick. Once we got to our room, RM 421 I took a shower and the shower didn't drain... like at all. So I turned it off before it would have overflowed. The hotel staff was contacted and made aware of the situation and they moved us to the same room on the Second Floor Rm 222. I contacted the front desk the next morning when I realized I didn't have my facewash or razor. It was a new facewash that I had just recently purchased - Noon Aesthetics CosmoClear Purifying Cleanser. Magically it was no where to be found. I was told they checked Rm 421, since no one had been checked in to that room since we left it, and it's on a floor you can only access with special card, and the only person who had been in there was housekeeping. Yet Housekeeping hadn't seen it.... what if it had been something of much higher value? I don't feel as though this hotel or the staff cared or even tried to locate my facewash. They also came in to our new room while we were gone, turned on our T.V. and our lights, replaced the towels we has just used. We had all of our items unpacked. I'm a native to Boise, ID. I'm very disappointed in the service industry here. 2/10 - Would not recommend.

This is my favorite hotel in Boise! Everything is gorgeous from the moment you walk up to the front doors. They have thought of everything. The rooms are beautiful! I love the shower. The views are stunning! Room service was excellent. The Highlander was the highlight, best drinks around and the atmosphere is exquisite.

Excellent stay at the Renegade. It is a beautiful hotel right in the middle of beautiful downtown Boise. Great roof top bar. Generous size rooms

Gorgeous new hotel. Loud being downtown, not their fault! Just pack earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
4.8
Beautiful hotel with luxurious amenities, a fabulous rooftop bar, coffee shop, lobby bar and restaurant! Wonderful location to walk around the city. Customer service was 10/10! Loved our stay and can't wait to return!

Such an amazing experience. We stayed for our anniversary and it was exceptional. Highly recommend.

This hotel was amazing! Beautifully decorated and a wonderfully helpful staff.
4.8
Really beautiful hotel, staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The shower and bathroom having floor to ceiling glass windows with no way to have privacy from the rest of the room is a bit strange and uncomfortable.
4.8
Its a beautiful hotel in Boise. By far the best one. Bummed I couldn't get a room with a bathtub but was still great.
4.8
Everything was great about our stay and the service was excellent! Most memorable was the Baraboo Supper Club.
Loved having Blue Collar Coffee Co. on site.
4.8
Hotel and suite were AMAZING! LOVED the Hydration Stations on each floor except the one on our floor was out of order with a note to go to the next floor which was empty! Did not love waking up at 6 AM to the construction noise.
4.8
Definitely worth the stay. Well appointed throughout, very warm yet cool vibe. The rooms and bathrooms were very nice as well !
Positives: roof top bar with great service , really good food and views. Main level restaurant looked inviting (but we ate upstairs bar). There’s a coffee shop adjacent to the hotel lobby for morning lattes…pastries…breakfast sandwiches!
No one told us it was there (around the corner out of visibility from lobby) and we happened upon it on our last morning. Front desk should have mentioned it first day or had a sign.
Negative: the bed pillows are firm and at least 14 “ thick. More like king size decor pillows. Hotel had no other pillows (but took our recommendations to offer or change them). All of us had sore necks. lol. Bring your own pillow unless you like your head on a thick rock pillow.

Loved everything but the pillows are to stiff

They were running a jackhammer on the street at 7:00 am.

This hotel is new and very nice. I love the rooms. The staff is amazing. I found my new favorite hotel to stay at in Boise.
4.8
Great hotel in Downtown Boise. They only offer valet parking. There are metered spots on the street and behind the hotel but it’s a 2 hour max.
4.8
Staff is B level at best for a hotel trying to be A level

Beautiful new hotel. The rooftop bar had great cocktails & a great staff. The supper club downstairs also had a great staff & food. It’s walking distance to the capital building &many nice restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc.Stay here. You won’t be disappointed.

Such a beautiful hotel.

Fantastic new hotel. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Loved the room, lots of attention to detail, the shower, copper tub, fireplace, Marshall bluetooth speaker, and bar tools in the room all were very nice. All the wood and leather appointments were great. The rooftop bar is cool, but can be a bit too busy, the lobby bar was still a good choice. Restaurant was good, though our lamb was way over cooked, still our waiter made our night. The one thing that disappointed was the $30.00 a day valet parking! We were there for two nights and the hotel charged us for parking three times. I figure paying almost $400.00 a night and with added resort fees valet should be complimentary.

Hotel is gorgeous, amenities and restaurant are great and staff is so friendly and helpful!

The most amazing staff, beyond helpful!

Amazing hotel! Has a very cool vibe and ambience.

Fabulous property! They need to figure out that having the dumpsters emptied at 5 am is horrible!

Nice place, very good service

The best feature was the rooftop bar. GREAT drinks and skilled bartenders. Go there and order a drink you think you know and they’ll add touches that are remarkable. Brand new hotel. Rooms very opulent, valet parking and nice touches throughout. Only one critical comment - teach your valet to open doors for travelers with full hands.
4.8
Loved this stay!! The room was spacious, clean, sexy even. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The area was very walkable. Lots of food option in the hotel and around.
4.8
We love the design of the Renegade! It is beautifully done. The only slight complaint I have is that the traffic was so loud, even 6 stories up.
4.8
Beautiful new hotel downtown Boise, easy walking everywhere. Fantastic dinner restaurant and rooftop bar with food also. Only complaint is the open concept rooms may be slightly too option. There is no private toilet room, and with the glass shower you can sit on the bed and watch your roommate use the toilet.
4.8
This has to be one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever visited. The rooftop bar? Amazing. Coffee shop attached? Fabulous. This hotel if definitely a vibe.

Amazing property! This is a unique and beautiful property and the service was excellent. Brighton and all of the front desk staff helped us out with printing items for a business matter and helpful hints for the next leg of our trip! You will not be disappointed.
