Amazing place ! Close to a small beach, the view from windows is direct to this sand. Extremaly clean. Super easy contact with the owner by whatsapp in english, in the place was waiting someone with keys. I really recommend this flat !

Comfortable, beach front two bedroom apartment with good views.

Cozy two bedroom seaside apartment at the end of the beach. Beachfront, with multiple windows facing the sea.

Some may find the surroundings run down, but we appreciated being away from the center of town.

incredible location, apartment and host.

the location and the apartment are incredible. The host (Nico) did everything so our stay is as perfect as it was. Would choose this accommodation over and over again.

Very good location. Bars, restaurants, shop, beach within 10-25 meters

The wifi doesnt worked during the whole week. It was a littlebit noisy because of the location (mese bars and the beach)

Superb

Very nice and confortable place.Just in front of the Potam beaches. Very kind and professional hosts (Niko and family). We arrived much earlier than expected and they did their best to welcome us and made the place available for us in very short time. Nicko is also organising sea trips, and we chose the one at sunset around Porto Palermo. The 2 hours trip was exceptional and the atmosphere was very friendly and relaxing. Thank you Niko, we'll be glad to be back one day. We highly recommend.

Not directly related to the apartment, but one should know that the Potam beaches (and maybe all the Himarë cost) are not sand beaches but rather pebbles stones ones.

Would happily stay here again if we are ever in Himare

Great location, excellent host who met us at the apartment within an hour of booking. Great communication and very clean.

Exceptional

We went off season but the owner was ready to fulfill all our requests. We had an apartment witg two bedrooms, a living and a kitchen. All of the rooms had sea view. The beach was across the street. Everything was amazing

Very pleasant place with excellent service. Owner Niko was very responsive and helped us with everything. Place is very close to beach and has view on the sea from balcony.

Very worthy

Apartment owner Niko was fantastic and we have had a great time. Apartment was nice, clean and working well. Its a good spot. Not too busy and not too quiet. Niko also owns Seas The Day company and provide tours. We have had two from Himara to Gramma Bay and visited many places / beaches which might be compared with Maldives!

It The apartment is simply fantastic. Wonderful view from the balcony, great location, very fast internet and good apartment facilities. To top it all off, the owner is very friendly and helped us immediately in any way we needed. Thanks!

Lokacijata e top.Se e tolku blizu,za 2minuti si na plaza,do bliskata prodavnica ili do restoran.Vo spalnata soba se slusaat branovite od moreto.I nikogas nema da ja zaboravime gostoprimlivosta naNiko i negovata majka Marina.
