We do offer delivery and drop-off at neighboring states and the West Coast for a fee. The fee is based on miles and must be arranged before booking. The propane gas tank will be full upon pick up; we expect that you drop off with the tank being full. 3. The RV must be returned in the same condition it was picked up to avoid damage fees. We will ensure that the pickup and drop-off forms are filled out correctly to protect both parties. 4. The RV must be returned clean on the inside and out. If you would like, you can add the optional fee for the outside cleaning. 5. The grey and black water tanks will be empty upon pick up. The fee for tank dumping is required. 6. Pet Fee and Cleaning Pet Fee will be added to the bill if, upon return, the pet's hair and trace elements are found inside the motorhome. 7. There will be a $300 fee if the motorhome is returned extremely dusty/dirty/stained. 8. Not available for towing. 9. This Motorhome requires the renter to purchase the platform insurance. No exceptions. 10. Not authorized to the Burning Man event! 11. A pet fee is applied to all service animals.
