People are friendly; stayed before. Ate at Sea Breeze Restaurant and serve was poor; food delayed coming out; had breakfast package and it was good service and lots of options for all individuals. Stay away from EMP services skin services in the lobby area across from jewelry store. Bait and switch sales antics; felt I was in a time share presentation with my mother. Safe and services friendly; exercises equipment needs updating. Walkable to shops and restaurants.

I am writing to share my feedback and suggestions based on my recent stay at Holiday Inn Aruba, which marked my third consecutive year visiting your esteemed establishment. Having previously enjoyed my stay, my decision to return to Holiday Inn was an easy one, given the pleasant experiences I have had in the past. However, after my recent visit, I believe it may be time for some modest upgrades to enhance the overall guest experience. My suggestions for potential improvements include changing the carpet to tiles, refreshing the paintwork, upgrading the restrooms, and providing new towels. These subtle enhancements could contribute to further elevating the comfort and satisfaction of guests during their stay at Holiday Inn Aruba. I would like to reiterate that my feedback is intended to be constructive and stems from my genuine appreciation for the wonderful moments I have had at your hotel. Despite these minor suggestions, my affection for Aruba and Holiday Inn remains steadfast. Thank you for considering my input, and I look forward to the possibility of experiencing further memorable stays at Holiday Inn Aruba in the future.

Staff was amazing, right on the beach so beautiful. The food was good. The only two downsides were the cockroaches in my room and the pool closing at 7pm. I know the island is known to have cockroaches but for the money you spend, I would expect them to have a cleaner property.

Thank you to the housekeepers to the waitresses and waiters to the housemen to the security guys and the rest of the staff for making our stay a memorable one, your kindness and hospitality doesn’t go unnoticed. You work hard and with pride and it shows! Amazing food at Sea Breeze restaurant. Palm beach has everything to offer, such a beautiful beach! The hotel needs love it is a bit outdated but you can tell the employees work hard to keep up with it which is sad because the owners should appreciate what they have! This hotel is truly is a gem, so much potential! PRIME location, loyal employees, safe, amazing food and drinks! It’s great! I can’t wait to be back next year! Aruba you showed us an amazing time and now you have my heart! I’ll be back soon 🙏

Everything was fine except the rooms are outdated. Very limited pool service and entertainment during the day. At night there was live music in the lobby which was nice. Not a bad place to stay but showing its age.

Overall the resort was very good. There were some issues with how credit cards are charged for deposits at the front desk that inconvenienced us quite a bit at the beginning of our stay. The staff did a great job making the best of the situation though.

After a hiccup checking in we had a wonderful time. The hotel is modest, clean, friendly and comfortable. We always stay at Holiday Inn Resort Aruba when we go to Aruba. Unlike other hotels each room has a balcony or on ground floors a patio area. The grounds are just right so when you walk out to go to the beach or pools they are only a few steps not like the other hotel where you have to go through all the grounds before you can access the beach or pool. The service staff are so friendly and will remember you from previous stays. Jean the beach and towel handler is AMAZING. We are so glad he returned to work at Holiday Inn. John the luggage handler is also another favorite of ours. The hotel is so conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, activities, casinos etc. Can't wait to go back!!!

The front desk staff was awful during check in. The towel hut staff Earl was lovely, the cleaning lady Aura was wonderful and the bell staff Reynaldo was very kind. I went to the Sea Breeze one night and Yaqui was very friendly and made delicious margaritas! The pool and beach view are ideal as well as walking distance to palm beach entertainment. The TV in the bedroom was outdated and bed/pillows were mediocre. Jorge was very helpful and had a microwave sent to my room for my 15 month old son to warm his food.

The staff was very helpful and respectful, however the building is very old and we found a roach our last night in our room and they didn’t do anything about it! The rooms were just ok, very old style but thankfully it didn’t stink like other people mentioned in their reviews. The biggest negative in our trip, is actually dealing with Expedia , they are the worst and I would never book through them again.

Close to everything you need, nice place, convenient to beach and lots of dining options nearby. Aruba is an island, so yes, it's humid and humidity causes mold and odors, but the Holiday Inn is Constantly being cleaned and sanizized, very impressed with the work ethic of Staff.
