Pool was out of order. Desk lady was startled when we walked in. No doubt, it was a ghost town. We canceled and left.

It's not bad for an overnight stay. Room is clean by the naked eye. It seems they're not totally prepare our room. Because only 1 bath towel, no bar soap, no floor mat.
Indoor pool closed under maintenance(dont know for how long-they should mention it in the website at least)
Continental breakfast its fine...

We chose to stay here so our kids could use the pool and found out the day after check in that the pool was empty. No reason, just a sorry from the attendant at the desk. Then on sunday morning even though we had our do not disturb sign on the door, housekeeping opened up our door and woke us up several hours before checkout time.

Upon checking into the Quality Inn in Sturgeon Bay, my lover and I were in the presence of an unenthusiastic desk staff. She was not fond of jokes and seemed more concerned with getting back to scrolling than ensuring we were ready for our stay, everything was an hassle including laughing at the hilarious joke my lover made. Anyway, it was then that I noticed the pool was emptied, dry to the bone, and lacking any evidence of water, except the mere stain of rusted mineral deposits along the edge. I guess that saved us from impending hepatitis. We walked up the stairs and our feet were met with brown, black and yellow carpet, straight from the 70s. With each step I could feel dust from the fibers flying up into the air, bringing memories back of cameramen and vintage pornstars also running up the stairs waiting to get to their rooms to do their funny business. After going down the horror movie hallway, my room was to the left. This reminded me of the hotel room I stayed at when my grandpa was sick, 64 dollars a night and no pets… except they did allow pets at this place, smoking was encouraged but jokes were not, except the joke where it was 243 dollars to sleep on the least comfortable bed on the planet. The bathroom, will have one light, in the mirror and it’ll take 5 seconds to turn on. There was a singular towel to dry our two bodies it wasn’t until I looked out the window at our view that I knew I lost it but it was the most beautiful kwik trip I’d ever laid my eyes on

Run down hotel. Empty, drained pool. Intermittent loud hum emanating from mini fridge or ? made it difficult to sleep. Breakfast waffles were good. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Too bad the place isn't better maintained.

Property was dirty. Hair in the bed, side door to the building didn’t latch so just anybody can walk in. Staff when we checked in was rude. Didn’t give directions to our room. Pool was empty. Wouldn’t recommend staying. Bathroom was the only nice looking/decent thing in the entire hotel.

It doesn't look good when the hallway carpets are tattered and dirty. It kind of makes you question your room cleanliness. There is no elevator. The pool right near the check-in area is empty which is fine but cover it or the windows with something nice (IT LOOKS BAD) Breakfast was not very good either not much of a selection. I will not stay again.

Place reeked of marijuana smoke when we entered our room. Carpets were dirty. Pool was not filled.

Funny that the first picture they show is the pool. It was empty and under repair! Looked as thought it had been that way for months. TV did not work at all. Carpet was very dirty and worn out. Won't ever stay there again !

This was this most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. I understand there was remodeling possibly sharpening, but our room wasn’t even cleaned. There were dead bugs on the carpet, a piece of metal that pieced my foot, and stains on the bedding and the chairs. This place could not possibly pass any sort of health code and should be closed.

The description on Hotels.com was inaccurate. I says that there are two pools, one indoor and one outdoors. There is no outdoor pool and the indoor one is closed for “construction”. But nobody was working on it for the three days we were there. If we had been traveling with children, we would have gone elsewhere. Speaking of going elsewhere, the free breakfast was so bad that after the first day, we skipped it and paid to go to out for breakfast. Finally, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink. Fortunately, the shower worked. I gave it three stars because the room itself and the beds were comfortable and we only went to the room to sleep.

Nothing unique. Towels were practically threadbare. No maid service. Empty pool - no explanation about its availability.

The worst hotel I’ve seen in my life. This place needs to be condemned. Everything is broken. The carpets are all ripped and stained. The place reeks of cigarette smoke. The pool has been abandoned for years. Broken elevator. Sheets all covered in stains. All furniture all broken. Walls covered in nicks and mini holes. Oh and bed bugs!!!!

Three problems, no hot water in bathroom sink, poor lighting and coffee maker needs to be replace. No deal killers, but things that need to address. Overall, a pleasant stay.
