Decent place for relatively cheap price. Could have been a bit cleaner and had some tissues, but otherwise ok. Good for a short and low budget trip. Only issue during check in was my own for putting in the wrong info on my credit card. Unrelated to the hotel itself, but the roads were being redone right outside the hotel and a bunch of dust settled on my truck, and it needed to be cleaned after that. The repaving will probably be done within a couple of weeks of my stay(10-Oct-2024).

I rented two rooms. My mother-in-laws room stank of cigarettes so bad we all smelled like cigarettes after walking in for less than a minute. Got her room switched and right next to us. As we walked in to our room, I had to kill a few bugs running across the floor. Same for my M-I-L’s room. We seen how dirty the rooms looked so went to a store and bought Lysol. Sprayed the entire rooms. Especially the bedding, pulling back the covers and spraying the sheets. There were stain on the sheets and covers. Without being able to get a refund for both rooms and having a funeral for our young cousin the next day, we decided to stay. The breakfast is choices of two cereals, toast or small muffins that are stale. We didn’t eat there either day. I did get a muffin the second day but it was too stale to eat. So we spent several hundred dollars to barely sleep. We will not stay there again. My suggestion is spend a little more and stay somewhere clean.

They didn't clean the toliet. They also hand soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. However they did not have any liquid in them. Management couldn't do anything about it. Not worth the money for the stay. They market as an upgrade, but it was a bunch of cheap upgrades that don't function. They also do not have a good cleaning crew

Arrived at night, front desk was extremely slow getting me a room, waited nearly 15 minutes when it should have been instant since it was booked online. While waiting for him to assign me a room, several cockroaches ran around at my feet while another guest was present he was more upset than I was at the time because he was attempting to get a cup of coffee. I was giving it the benefit of the doubt because it was late and I was tired. I finally got my room key after trying to understand the desk person who was nice but wouldn't speak loud enough for me to understand him. When getting ready for bed I noticed stains on the bedding but wasnt to bothered by this, I just attempted to get some rest. About an hour or so after laying in the bed I felt something crawling around at my feet so I swung off the covers to find a mouse and small traces of mouse poop at my feet. If it wasn't so late I would have taken off but I wasn't in no shape to drive after being in the road all day for my trip. Needless to say I won't recommend this hotel and specifically keep away from room 108 until they do something about their furry little friend.

The room originally given to me had a colony of roaches in it as soon as I walked through the door, when I asked for a refund the employee had me go to another room that was apart of the “ plus” rooms. Needless to say, they only keep the “ plus” rooms clean

One of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at. Chose here because of location and having a pool. However pool was closed on the day we arrived. When we pressed about it i was told it would open by 9am the next day. Yes, they unlocked the gate around the pool but it had never been cleaned or opened and prepped for the season. When i complained about the durt covering the bottom of the pool she tried to say it was chipped paint. The water had no movement so it was clear the filtration system was not on. Pool was disgustingly filthy and unusable. Of the 3 mornings there the breakfast waa only open 2 days and the 1 day it was almost out of everything. The clerk apologized that no one went to the store to refill that night before. And the few breakfast items offered were all cold prepackaged items. Our room had a bad smell. So bad we went and bough febreeze. The tv remote would not work and it was hard to turn on the tv and get it to the right input so a few cable channels would come in (a waste of time). In our 3 nights there not once did housekeeping stop by to provide fresh towels or empty trash. There were not enough towels for 2 people so we had to request more. Not enough towel racks. Every time we used the shower it soaked the tiny bathroom floor. When i went to check out the front desk clerk did not respond to the bell i rang 4 times. I called the desk and he finally stopped eating breakfast (in the breakfast area that was closed to customers) and came to answer the phone.

This place was a mess, in all aspects. Pool was out of order in mid June in Alabama. Room was dirty with hair and noticeable grime. Some soaps were out, the TV would stop working due to some issue there. The place needs some work. In their defense it was cheap, but don’t think you’ll have a woman stay there with you!

The room was dirty and smelled. The clerk told us it Was a no smoking room and the room door also stated it was a non smoking room. Yet when we got in the room it smelled of cigarettes. The smell was so thick I had an allergy attack. The floors were filthy. The carpet had a sticky feeling to it and the bed covering had some questionable looking spots. And there were roaches. I killed several roaches! The tv didn’t work half the time and the ac unit sounded like a lawnmower in the room. The fire alarms would randomly go off. We chose this hotel to save a little money and because the pictures and rating was good. I would pass on this place and spend the little extra and the best western up the street. We have since left and our luggage smells and I certainly hope we didn’t bring bugs home with us. This place is not worth the savings.
