Horrifyingly gross hotel and in need extreme need of maintenance. Sheet, shower curtain, floor, desk chair and curtains all had stains and rips of some sort…floor tiles were not glued down and the outlets didn’t work…I travel for work and stay in hotels 75-100 nights annually and know what to expect when booking different types and rates of hotels…but this place was cringeworthy in every capacity. Chose it as it had a hot tub, but probably the most disturbingly unclean hottub ever. 3 rings of grime and the floor was green with algae. I’d rather sleep in my car than ever stay at this property again. You’ve been warned.

For the Price, it was ok, needs a lot of upgrades, conveniently located, easy to get from one area to another, would probably spend a little bit more money and stay somewhere else next time, but ok overall for the price

Old and run down but good enough for overnight to get a couple days in the mountain. Cheap and get what you paid for.

Everything was fine with this day except for when I went down for breakfast and they had some stupid political new show on the TV. I'd much prefer the discovery or History channel something not political.

Turning down the bed there was a thumb size hole in the bottom sheet of the bed. The bed was hard. The toilet was outdated and had difficulty flushing. Live TV was the only option.

AWFUL HOTEL! Ended up not staying there! It was disgusting! From the minute we walked in I was disappointed but willing to check out the rooms before walking out! The carpet in the hallway was absolutely filthy, doors to other rooms partially opened, and overall an overwhelming smell of Fabuloso trying to coverup an odor! Honestly we hadn’t even made it to the room yet and I was outraged with the condition of this $240/night hotel. Then we entered the room and found same awful conditions including dead bugs in the lighting fixtures! We immediately went down to the front desk a requested to be let out of the reservation which they were very accommodating and let us immediately check out. The place is a DIVE! $240 per night! Are they kidding! Honestly gross!

Bed was an inner spring mattress, doors were white on the inside and dingy or dirty from finger prints and smudges.

Since Wyndham purchase La Quinta, several years ago, it seems they have done nothing to keep these properties maintained. Every time we stay these La Quinta properties look worse and worse. Tube didn’t hold water, shower was broken, sink faucet leaked, flooring was coming up, etc. Quality goes down and price for a room goes up.
Also, worst breakfast in the industry since Wyndham.

Linen from the guest before it was in the closet the toilet bowl cover is cracked. There was dirt behind the bathroom door and the ceiling was dusty. I have stayed here before and never experience such dirtiness. I am disappointed. I spent $194 for staying in a pigsty.

The pictures make this hotel look to be in very good condition, but upon arrival it was very clear we were mislead. The hotel was very dark, run down, and smelled awful. Between the smell of mildew and weed, it was almost unbearable. Our shower looked like it had barely been cleaned and the layout of the room was super strange. It must’ve been a 2 bed room at one point and instead of rearranging the room after the removal of one bed, they just left a giant open space. The bed that remains was very noisy to even sit on. The pillows were not much bigger than a paper towel roll. Overall I was not pleased with the hotel and would not stay again unless some major changes are done.

We had some car issues so this was just a one night stay. The Hotel was just average. It’s an older hotel. We did have to change rooms because the first one was very old smelling. it overwhelmed you when you walk in. There was no problem in changing rooms and the other one was much better. I would stay there again, but I will bring some Febreze.

Staff was excellent. First room had not been cleaned in days so we moved rooms. Bed was like sleeping on plywood and the pillows were like wet cotton in a sack. It was so uncomfortable we didn't sleep. I've been more comfortable car camping. Was not brave enough to use the shower. The first floor we had a room on smelled like cat piss. Bathroom seemed water damaged. The room had an odd open area that seemed like it was lacking furniture. Property should be updated and renovated or demolish. You get what you pay for I guess. I expected much more from a LaQuinta and instead went to sleep and woke up disgusted and disappointed to say the least.

There was nothing significantly wrong with the La Quinta. All minor issues: 1) No decaf coffee at breakfast 2) Door to room don’t close without pushing hard to get past a bent sill 3) tired looking lobby 4) very small bathroom. Wouldn’t choose it again but it was the cheapest place that night in the Frisco area which was the main plus.
