Stayed overnight. Hotels fine enough, however, there was a Christmas party on that foot into full WWII m swing with loud base about midnight so couldn’t sleep. Feel the hotel should be more geared towards guests at night than a function. Would’ve been nice to have been warned and put in a room far away from the function

The room was clean and comfortable and the restaurant food and service really good. The hotel itself has a tired look to it, the bathroom badly needs redecorating, it was very dated. The original wood and all the walls have been painted a very drab grey and the corridor carpet is threadbare in places.

I booked 2 rooms my room 308 was spotless clean , sadly my daughters room 310 was filthy
The room did not look as if it had been cleaned from previous guests , bath was dirty half eaten sweet wrapped in a sticky plaster on the floor , bed sheet had a stain on it , waste paper bin full rubbish

Quiet and very good for access to the city centre.

We really enjoyed our stay, staff were helpful and it suited us well- the pool was particular well organised and friendly. I had a few sessions in the gym and learned a lot.

A last minute booking for a night away as a family of 3.
Hotel was nice, friendly staff, lovely facilities.
Some staining on bedding and towels, they were fresh items, but some dried up stains.
It was hard to regulate temperature in room, radiator was adjustable, and window very limited opening.

Unfortunately we don’t have very many positives about our stay here.
- Reception staff had no life about them. When we checked out there was no “Good Morning, how was your stay?”, to busy working on the computer with a quick “thank you” as we dropped the keys in the box.
- breakfast is not worth £13. The coffee was undrinkable, the bread section everything was stale, there were dirty dishes on tables that should’ve been cleared as you entered and it was only 6:50am (they were still there when we left 30 mins later.
There was only one waitress on and the majority of table didn’t have forks.
- the bar only had one till so you needed to wait a while to order. The bottles behind the bar could do with a good dusting as it didn’t entice us to order a drink. The staff seemed quite new in this area but they were pleasant and helpful.
- the room was stifling hot even though we turned the radiator off and had the window open. We really struggled to close it so it was safer to leave it open. We could hear the room next to us also struggling to close their window. The radiator ticked constantly to the point we struggled to sleep. Black out curtains are great but it would be better if they were closer to the wall to prevent daylight pouring in at the sides.
- the bathroom could do with a proper extractor fan as all the steam is ruining the paintwork, it’s peeling off the ceiling and the door is in need of being replaced.

Only slight disappointment was the bar calling last orders at 9:50pm and closing at 10pm

This hotel was rated as a 4 star. I cannot understand that. The Leonardo hotel in Inverness was 2-3 star basic institutional hotel at best. It had no exterior appeal and no interior charm. It was a 25-30 minute soul-less walk into the town centre on a very busy road. The room was tiny. No air conditioning. The shower was very good with large fluffy towels. The breakfast was passable but there was no fruit at all. I've stayed in a Leonardo hotel before, never this disappointing. My recommendation is to not book a room here. I wish I could be more positive.

The room was too warm. To avoid bugs I kept the window closed, but left the random desk fan by the window running. At 2am the creakiest room I've ever stayed in began ticking and creaking like mad, they'd turned the heating on. It's already hot, why wouldnt you up it a bit further. The room became an unbearable fan assisted oven. With no choice but to open the window, curtains and leave the fan running, it took a suprisingly long time to get back to sleep, despite the comforting sounds of constant arctic trucks on the main road and hourly trains speeding by on railway just outside. At 3am I went down in the hopes I just had a bad room and could move, but of course they were fully booked (despite many rooms still available online), but it doesnt matter because reception assured me every room has the same pipes around the skirting boards that get boiling hot (a colleague staying at the hotel proved otherwise).
Apart from the room being unclean, the coffees not being replaced, the staff lying to avoid serving guests... the bfast was pretty good.

Bed was comfortable, and room was clean, unfortunately the noise from the plumbing reduced our experience, possible airlock in the system, but loud whenever either we used the facilities or people in the adjacent tooms. Only one lift worked. Breakfast items were tasty enough but could have been hotter, slow to refresh supplies. But staff all very pleasent.

A very good location, 15 minute bus ride to the centre.
Extremely noisy and dusty.
Staff were very friendly and polite.
However, I would not return.

The hotel was clean, staff were friendly but we visited at a busy time and only 1 lift was operating that barely fits 3-4 people so we ended up using the stairs to access our room on the 4th floor constantly throughout our 2night stay. Minimum wait time on the elevator in busy times was 15mins!

The hotel staff are lovely but the rooms and swimming facilities need significant updating. The bathroom is full of mould and the room walls were very marked

Disappointed with the breakfast. Typical English breakfast, not at all similar to what you would expect in Inverness from a hotel for this price.
