The hotel is clean with many amenities. 24 hour coffee machine that can make lattes. Breakfast was good and had a lot of different choices and many gluten free items. Hotel was clean and spacious. It’s connected to a restaurant. The room was clean and well laid out. Bathroom is a bit dated, but clean

The WiFi service was spotty and slow. This seriously detracted from our stay, and accounts for the Terrible rating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel. Our room, the communal spaces and the grounds were spot on clean. Safety concerns were alleviated by numerous outside lights.

I ran the Clarence De Mar half marathon and this hotel was in a great location for the event. The room was comfortable and quiet and I slept well. The breakfast was also very good. The staff were very friendly.

The location was convenient for us, and the staff welcoming. Breakfast was included and was ok. The room and public areas were not as clean as I would have liked (i.e. trash behind the nightstand, a hairbrush left on the floor, etc.). The bathroom was clean though.

Reserved a specific room they gave me a different one. Wouldn't acknowledge the price difference

I did have a sliding door option in the room and upper floor has balconies. You could probably park some chairs outside of your sliding door on the main floor. Would have liked a screen as i had a pet and would have kept her from getting out but it was nice anyways. Options for morning meal are plentiful would have appreciated another hot item and cocoa in the room. The coffee makers in the room couldnt figure out how to use them. So i didnt. Seems silly that instructions would need to be left for a coffee machine but that was necessary. Didnt try there abutting restaurant but there is one in the building, big plus and there are a lot of restaurants around the area. The pool sounded good but didnt get over there. Wifi password given but didnt work on the website for me. Huge bonus they receive cats yay!!! I had booked another hotel first across the way that listed pets but didnt take cats so i wouldnt have even been to this hotel if it werent for their pet policy being that way. the rooms shower faucet was not entirely in the wall. The room had a very weird smell in it when i got there. Someone was smoking pot close by and i could smell that in the room. I could hear things out in hallway but not next door to my room which is a plus. So overall quiet for rooms next to each other.

The property itself and the lady who checked us in were good. When we started to walk to our room we noticed a smoke smell. We got to our room and it started out okay but then for the rest of the night there was a smoke smell. I was sick all night!

When I checked in and was assigned my room, there was already someone in the room when I opened the door. TV never worked at all. I did not feel safe,and there were people drinking beer outside my first floor sliding door at 315 am. I will not stay there again.
