I arrived late, around midnight for my check in. The desk person was very nice. gave me a room for people with allergies which I appreciated. Only issue was I had a room on second floor and only access I was give were closest stairs. Had to lug my suitcase up the stairs which was not real easy.
The room was fine except the drain in sink and shower did not work very well to the point that by the time I left the room the shower was still not drained.
My observation is that the hotel needs some renovations as it's in a very convenient location.

The staff was ok. The lobby seemed ok. Room was run down. Baseboards were off in bathroom. Paint on walls looked like a 3 yr old did it (gray paint splashed on ceiling from walls), doors looked like they used wrong paint and was peeling, glass on pictures was dirty…..
Sheets seemed clean and fairly decent. Towels were small.
I should have known it wasn’t a typical hotel when she said they had to charge $25 for incidentals - in case.

Hotel was easy to get to, and in good proximity to most things and places youd be looking to visit. The staff was friendly at check in and check out. The room was clean, the bathrtom was clean, the sheets were clean, and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

My only complaints would be that the air vents in the room and the bathroom were visibly dirty and dusty. Also the shower water pressure was very low. But, overall it was a very nice hotel.

Was with my 4 year old granddaughter for the night. We were on the 3rd floor, over-looking the "garden", it was extremely noisy until well after midnight and then it started back up again around 6am. Needless to say, she didn't sleep well.

This was real trash. Hotels.com should not do business with them at all. There was no heat. It was filthy. If I could give negative stars I would.

The room we stayed in smelled like mildew. It had a balcony that faced the pool the lock to the sliding glass door was broken and the door, so it couldn't stay locked. Had I brought younger children that would have been a safety issue.

I was assigned a room initially that had an awful odor in it. Smelled as if the carpet was wet and was not drying nicely. Smelled like ammonia and mold. Honestly, I was pretty shocked they gave it out. A room in that condition should clearly be taken off the assignment list rather than try to make a buck of the room to the sorry sucker who might not complain. Makes me wonder what the staff person saw in me that made her take the risk and assign it to me. I had to go request another room as no one could possible sleep there. I got a better room that was odor free but it makes me wonder, why do that? Why give out that room that clearly shouldn't go out to a customer in its condition. Wasn't my first stay there. My first stay a few years back was a knock out experience.

There was an odd smell in hallways - like a damp/mildew. Paint was flaking .

The room is all we need when we travel, a place to sleep that’s fairly clean with a working tv and the water stayed hot in the shower. As far as the rest of the place, the $16 breakfasts were something I passed on immediately and the indoor pool was very cold. My kids lips were blue within minutes of being in it. There’s no fan in the bathroom to remove the steam and the paint is bubbling off the ceiling due to the humidity. The staff was nice and helpful. The multiple entry points worked well. This appeared more like an event and conference center that doubles as a hotel. Again, I’m not super picky and the main essentials were fine but giving the bare essentials is a middle of the road rating or score. It’s not the worst place I’ve stayed by any means but it’s also far from the best. It was an adequate experience.

Great experience - super close to the Xfinity Center concert venue which was the reason for our stay.

Based on others reviews I wasn’t expecting much, but it was better than expected. Would definitely stay here again. Bedding was clean, bathroom was clean. It is an older property but it is clean. And the staff were very nice. Great price, no issues.

Had a great time. The room, the staff and the layout was great. Theonly thing was the pool was freezing. All in all, would definitely plan another stay for sure.

The property was rundown and needed some work. Especially the outside of the building was peeling and cracking. The inside rooms needed updating and the rugs were musty smelling. The door to the room was getting stuck and not locking easily. The windows were all stained. The parking lot needed to be repaved. Many pot holes. We were very disappointed.

Room had mood smell, when arrived. Dehumidifier running in room. No other rooms available in hotel or elsewhere due to weekend events in area. Sprayed room with Fabreeze for some sense of comfort.

Dated rooms, sliding door to balcony was basically inoperable. Too expensive for the quality of the hotel.

I recently stayed for convenience to Gillette stadium for a concert. The price was reasonable. It is an older, tired property. Older carpeting, older furnishings. But the staff were excellent (thank you Shakinah!), the parking excellent, and the bed was comfortable which is all I really needed for this stay. The breakfast buffet was mediocre but worth $10. ($16 if you don't purchase at check in). I would have loved if they had at least had actual coffee cups for the coffee rather than to go cups.
