Minus: * This particular property is older and not updated but is clean. My room had a walk-in shower with a shower curtain that hung about 6” from the bottom of the shower, so obviously the floor gets pretty wet. The plastic rings from a former curtain were still on the rod (so you can’t close the curtain completely), but you can’t see them in the photo. That’s just somebody being lazy and not finishing the job. Not a good look. Plus: * Free shuttle from airport (I called the front desk when I arrived at midnight, and he was there in 5 min). Friendly driver. He also checked me in. * All staff were friendly and helpful. * Breakfast was like 6:30-9:30 I think. Scrambled eggs, link sausage, potatoes bagels etc, pancake maker, coffee, juices, fruit, condiments * Within walking distance of a Seasons well-stocked convenience store and an Italian restaurant

I stay at this property whenever flying out of T.F. Green. Rooms are fairly nice, the staff while ever changing are pleasant. The lady who takes care of the people at breakfast cares about the food she puts out for us guests.The shuttle to airport takes all of 10 minutes if they catch every light.

Easy car parking - plenty of room. Quick check in for our overnight stay. Room was pleasant enough, noisy aircon. Walk across the road to nearest bar and grill. Breakfast was sufficient enough to keep us going. Overall ok stay.

We needed a room next to the airport for the night before we flew home. I booked this hotel based on the reviews on here but was left disappointed. The hotel and our room was clean, but our room was dated and the bed was awful, not much support, I woke up with a very sore back. The breakfast was good, a lot of selections to choose from. Friendly cooks who make sure the food was fresh which was appreciated. Overall, we wouldn't stay their again and regretted not staying next door at the Hampton Inn that had more amenities including a pool and hot tub. The airport shuttle service was a nice perk.

Staff was awesome. Walkable restaurants and area was nice. Even though breakfast is included, tip the tip jar. The woman running the breakfast area is awesome. She didnt stop running around the whole time we were there.

Staff was very good. Condition of the hotel was poor. Door was ajar when I first checked in. Perhaps housekeeping did not shut the door properly after the room was cleaned. Sinks did not drain well at all. Bed pillows and bathroom smelled like cigarettes. My 2nd trip here in 2 months. There won’t be a 3rd.

Very quiet at night, except for passing ambulances going to the nearby hospital. Lovely people at the front desk, nice breakfast setup. The toilet was quite low for an older person, maybe a grab bar installation to help you get up!

My room smells like mildew. It was so loud with people coming and going at all hours, the walls must be paper thin. In the bathroom there is a small shelf, flimsy, not secure, on which sat a box of Kleenex. The Kleenex box cover is metal, heavy, with pointy corners, unnecessarily dangerous. I bumped into this little shelf and the metal box fell on my bare foot, injuring me and drawing blood. It hurt so bad I had a hard time walking that day. I told the manager but nothing was done. I suggest this hotel change to less dangerous Kleenex box covers, something more lightweight and with rounded corners. Other than this awful experience, it looked clean, and has a fridge and microwave.

I liked the proximity to a place I was visiting; the rates are good and the beds very comfortable. There was some road noise; I was told there was construction occurring nearby. What I didn't like was a clerk on duty who said I couldn't change to a quieter room because mine was a handicapped room and they didn't have another to switch me to. When I told her I didn't need a handicapped room, she said because I had book through Expedia I needed to make the change with them. I knew that was incorrect. I reported this to the morning clerk who apologized, confirmed I could have changed rooms without Expedia involvement, and said he would ensure that other staff knew how to make changes like this.

Choose another location, currently in the middle of renovations, no where does it notify you, I attempted to cancel, they refused and charged me for a night and never stayed. Front desk is rude and greedy because they want your money even though you aren’t told about renovations up front

Staff was pleasant but also not really a factor. Nothing negative to say about staff. Location was central and easy but kind of nowhere. No restaurants or convenience nearby walking and overall kind of run down. Buildings were outdated and musky. Our window looked out onto what looked like the facility maintenance shed with trash, tools and construction debris strewn about. Tv and technology way outdated but to be fair it’s a best western by a small airport. Good in a pinch I guess.

Upon entry, the hotel was fine. Clean, the gentleman at the front desk was kind and respectful. We were only there for the weekend, so we were looking for a simple, nice enough, clean hotel. I had read a few reviews saying that the space was outdated and smelly, but because the overall rating was pretty high, I thought it was dramatics. Unfortunately, it wasn’t :-( As we opened up our room door (228), we were hit in by the smell of musty, dank, damp, mildewy carpet. The smell was so intense… I was in shock that they were allowing people to stay in this room with such an odor. The room didn’t “look” dirty or bad, but because this is not a brand spanking new hotel, when you walk into a room and you smell that, it automatically makes you feel like the place is dirty. But the bed was comfortable…
