The people in the office were nice and helpful. When we arrived the room had a funky order and the air conditioner didnt work and the room phone didnt work. They moved us to another room. In the new room the air conditioner worked. The room smelled better. However, the bathroom had little bugs crawling around. And the door was hard to unlock with their key. I let the office know. Was disappointed but didnt cancel because i didnt want to get charged

The 1st room tbey gave us the sink way leaking the toilet didnt flush. I asked for a new room they gave me a new room there was blood on the floor and poop. I asked for a refund after that.

Big issue was that key card took about 3 or 4 swipes to open the door.

If you’re reading this…don’t ever stay at this hotel. This has been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’m so disappointed in hotels.com for not disclosing that this was a homeless hotel! I arrived at about 9pm to check-in (I was in town for a wedding) and the first thing I see are people hanging out in the parking lot, on the stairwells and in front of their rooms. I immediately suspected that this was a hotel for the homeless. I parked my car in front of a room that had its door open and the person staying there was an obvious hoarder. That confirmed my suspicions. It was too late to do anything since I had already been charged for my 2night stay and everything else in the area was booked up or the hotels that did have available rooms (Hampton Inn) would’ve cost me $800 for those 2 nights. So I go and check-in and I’m given the keycards to my room. I go upstairs and unlock my door and immediately noticed that my room looked NOTHING like what was advertised on the website. This was false advertisement. The carpets were dirty, the iron was broken, the bathroom sinks and bathtub had stains on them. The toilet wouldn’t flush. I then realized it was because the handle was broken. I called downstairs and was told that they would send housekeeping to check it out. No one ever came up. I called the following day and was told the same thing “I’ll send someone up”. Again, nobody ever showed. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT book a stay at this hotel.

I was walking in to check in the lady at the counter, headed to par to help somebody with their key. She back quickly gave me my keys, which did not work so I had to go back down. She had to come up help with my key. The key card has to be sort of jiggled, but nobody stated that. The room was dated, but that’s not a big deal but the toilet was in constant need of a handle jiggle to get it to stop running. The immediate area was nice, the hotel itself had two stories with plenty of people hanging out overlooking from the second floor walkway, making noises, sorry gave you the feeling that they were all in cahoots and up to something as you walked in. They noticed your car were able to tell what room you were in. Nothing happened. I was not harassed. The room was not bothered. The car was not bothered. These so-called breakfast was rather disappointing with Apple and just a little prepackaged pastry kind of thing.

The property ratings were better then in person experience. Bathroom was not good, there were sink which was clogged up.

Stayed here before and my how this place has fallen from my first visit. Now it looks like a shelter for “undocumented” residents if you know what I mean. Stay in your room cause you’ll get stared at by everybody while feeling uncomfortable retrieving your belongings from your vehicle to your room

The sink, shower, bathroom door all had either rust or mildew issues in the calking. It looks like it has been over 30 years since the bathroom and sink area have been remodeled.

Over all it was ok. But the rates changing daily is frustrating. We planned on a couple or 3 weeks while we look for a new home but nope. You have to pay for WIFI. I haven't seen that for a very long time. And the TV is very small along with horrible cable. To access the rooms is just impossible if your carrying pretty much anything. So many twist and turns isle way etc. If you where pushing a stroller or wheelchair it would be impossible. I tried to call their copr office left messages but no one bothers to return your calls at all. I

The property wasn't cleaned when we arrived. The location needs updates. The bathroom was broke. The shower head is not at a proper hight.

Great location off the freeway, fast food , grocery store, restaurants in walking distance. However, the condition of the room was just shocking. If we hadn't driven for over two hours, we would've headed back home.

This is an older facility which could use some updates but was clean, comfortable bed and quiet at night with plenty of parking. Many services are available nearby.

The room smelled like fight very old had patches in the wall and a hole by the bathroom worst motel I've ever stayed.

I would never recommend this property. The carpet and comforter were stained, bathroom sink was stained, baseboards were coming off the walls.

Toilet didntvwrk. Needed new handle. Got one the next day. Asked if someone would clean my Toilet afterwards. Sd we need to clean the other rms lst. Later reminded them Hpusekeepingbwill be going hm. I need my bath em clean. Some came finally. Seems protecal comes first. Rather than hospilitity. Location was nosy

Too many Hispanics being loud and hanging out late- a rating of 4 or less is appropriate. Does quiet after 11 PM for sleep. Was moved to safer room upstairs and more west.

The facility is older and a little run down, and it does not have all the latest amenities. But the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great! For an overnight business trip, you really can't ask for much more.

Pretty filthy… stains all over the carpet, dirty and falling moulding, sink falling apart with signs of Mickey Mouse patchwork also falling apart. Expected bed bugs and mice but thankfully didn’t see any. Was glad originally for the free breakfast but after seeing the room, I skipped breakfast altogether and paid for it elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $50 for the Hampton Inn…. Likely very much worth it.

Everything we came to our room the key didn’t work. Ants everywhere. We had to spray everyday. We would’ve stayed at another hotel, but it was Christmas and there was nothing else available. Carpets really gross!!! Sinks & toilets gross

Pictures of rooms are not accurate. Room did not have fridge/microwave as advertised. Everything but the linens were visibly stained, damaged, or piled with dust. Holes in the walls were incorrectly filled and left uncovered. Vomit on the walkway and people shouting, stomping, and slamming doors until 4am.

If they had pictures of the inside of the rooms showing the conditions I would have not chosen this Hotel.

Front office staff not friendly, I don't know maybe she just doesn't speak any English, but she can still be a little more friendly. We were put in room 124, beds were comfortable enough. Bathroom smelled like if someone used the toilet, and it went unflushed for days. Sink needs to be reglazed, it looks like it had to be reglazed 8yrs ago. Carpet hasn't been washed in who knows how long, some really visible stains, and old stains. "breakfast " ends at 9am, I went at 8am and all they had left was apples, coffee, and oatmeal packages but no hot water. I know you get what you pay for, but geez... Maybe I just got unlucky with one of their worse rooms...

Rooms need maintenance

Location is great, staff is very nice, large rooms,free parking. Walking distance to restaurants and stores. I like that they have microwave and little fridge in each room. Hotel is dated and could use refurbishing.
