The front office lady seemed to not want to be there. She gave a face when you asked her questions. I asked where the gym was and pointed to the map but gave a face as an she wanted me to leave. Also, the lights to the back side of the gym was off and someone had called maintenance I asked her how long till them came by, she gave another face and said, I don't know. Now, by the time I found the gym and it smelled like marijuana back there, I though twice about telling them about the smell and walked up to my room. Now, floors are quite dirty outside your room. Breakfast was good and morning staff were friendly and welcoming. I'll think twice about staying in this place again.

This hotel allows pets but does not police the noisy or barking dogs. Guests are not supposed to leave dogs alone in room but they do and they bark and whine until the owner returns. Front desk very unsympathetic when we complained. Also, walls are pretty thin. We could hear conversations in the room next door. Also dog poo on the walkway (2nd floor). Still there hours later. We will not return.

I was disturbed by the noise made by the guests in the second floor above my hotel room. The hotel does not insulate to prevent thumping around at 530 am to disturb other guests.

Easy check in $50 deposit. Lovely room. Clean and bed was amazing.....so comfortable. Water pressure and temperature just right in the shower. Swimming pool was clean and jacuzzi was nice.

This hotel was pretty good. The room was pretty small, but was clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good! I have two complaints. I called early to get on the ground floor, and there was no notaion in the computer of my request. However we were able to get a ground floor room. Also, we were not told that we had to request to have our room made up the night before. This was very disapointing.

no trailer parking allowed. only parking was an Half mile away, to far to walk with dogs and luggage. Staff told me it stated this on there website. But i booked thru expedia and did not see this listed. Was charged pet fees when i checked in, before i realized there wasn’t parking. and staff did not know how to credit this back. And couldn’t credit me back the room because i booked thru third party. So i drove 8 hrs home thru the night. Getting home at 5 am , And i am out almost 300. was not a good experience.

Very friendly and helpful staff, location is great. My only complaint was the pillows were to big and uncomfortable and the a/c unit was very loud so I did not get a good nights sleep.

I’ve stayed at a few BW and this was probably the worst. The room was run down. Lumpy bedding, cheap sheets. Bathroom door was soo close to the toilet it was hard to get in and out of bathroom. Shower head was super low, like you need to be between 4-5’ tall. The room had two queens, but was soo small. It’s overall very dated. There wasn’t a great place for dogs to poop and pee. Breakfast was yuck.

When I reached the hotel front desk lady said we don’t have two bed room for you. I said it is fully paid and that’s not what I want to hear. Then after some time, she is, OK I have one for you. There is something wrong that I can’t explain, at least she needs more positive energy when welcoming guests. Room is excellent, breakfast is exceptional with choices compared to another best western I stayed about a month ago. Lady at the breakfast was so welcoming and friendly. When we were checking out, front desk lady took the keys and said “all set” after a little delay “have a nice day”. I was glad to hear that. Overall a very nice place and completely renovated rooms. 4 out of 5 Stars because of the initial check in issues.
