We lived location and the hotel was nice. Only complaint is almost all outlets were so loose charging cell was hard. Our mattress needs replacing as it’s got the ole hump in middle.

The hotel is on the side of the river walk. You open the hotel doors and you are on the walkable path. A lot of restaurants near it. Evening time the surrounding area looks amazing.
Nice and clean hotel. You will want to stay here again.

The entry from hallway door didn't lock unless you picked up on the door. There was a roach in the bathroom. Other than that everthing was good.

The bed needs a new mattress it sagged so much we kept rolling to the center. The shower too a long time to drain

We were put in an adjoining room with kids that screamed day and night. They are doing construction right across the street so you are awoken before 6:30 am after hearing screaming kids all night. No hot water until the last day and the ice machine was broke . The wait for an elevator is crazy 15 or more minutes to get an elevator.

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Location in on Riverwalk which is super convenient. Loved the rooftop pool and the fact that they have a Starbucks inside.

Staff is top notch!!! We loved our room. The building in construction across the street is way noisy. Maybe you can tell them. ha! :)
I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

They up charge for everything even internet service you didn’t ask for . $55 a night plus tax to park and their pool area is really small and filled with kids jumping in and out of the pool all night . What a disappointment for somewhere we thought was upscale

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, but I feel like the price was a bit steep for what you get. For one, the property isn't bad but it's obviously dated and old. The floor in my room was uneven and you could feel a dip when you got closer to the balcony. The room has connections near the TV to plug in your stuff. The Ethernet port didn't work for me and upon looking behind the desk, the Ethernet box was busted.
The whole entry point to the hotel is under massive construction and it was hard to find the entrance. There is only valet parking as far as I can tell. During checkout hours it was backed up a ton. The elevators were also jammed packed with people.
Directly across the street is a massive construction site. If your room faces that side, you might get stuck listening to construction at 3am. Thankfully they stopped working over the weekend but still. You have to pay extra to face the Riverwalk.
Staff was excellent, the food on site or nearby was great. I loved having a Starbucks/Snack shop on site. I think once construction is complete, it may be worth the cost. But right now, it's kind of unfortunate.

The stay was great except for the extremely loud music outside. We were offered an upgrade but I wanted river view. We were told there was a small band that played until midnight but it was very loud, even on the 16th floor and on Saturday did not stop until 1am
