The location right by the highway made it incredibly noisy, and I was kept awake the entire night due to the constant traffic sounds. Additionally, the facilities and rooms are outdated and in need of renovation.

The smell of cigarettes was overwhelming - even worse in the room than the hallway. We checked back out only minutes after as the stretch was unbearable.
The pictures are not of this property - front desk essentially had nothing to say about the smoke, never offered a refund.

It is very quite to sleep. However it is terribly dirty. The room was smelly and there were spider webs in the ceiling and at the corners of the walls. The refrigerator was full of ice, the entertainment center cabinet handle door missing. We didn't have house keeping for three days, although we requested it in the front desk every day. We kept the garbage tied in bags inside the room for 4 days, no one took it out. We have toiletries only ones in four days.
We have to ask for clean towels every night and leave the dirty towels outside in the hall and no one picked them up. The tiquet system for breakfas is ridiculous, since we booked the room with breakfast included. The bathroom door veneer is peeling off and àll the corners are dirty. The wall paper of the room is scratched and dirty. The entry door to the room is hard to open. The light covers are broken in the halls. The elevator is dirty all the corners around. No good experience at all.

Pulled up to property.. Venezuelan gangs running around in the parking lot harassing patrons asking for money..Saw a lady get her purse snatched in parking.. cancelled my stay ..Still got charged for stay no refund by management... Management might as well be out in the parking lot ripping people off too along with the gangs ...taking advantage of families...Don't go there unless you want your family in danger

The property didn't look like a Comfort Inn. It looked like something much fancier. It was beautiful and very well maintained. The parking lot had homeless people in it but didn't feel unsafe. No one was bothersome.

The scrambled eggs weren't edible, the breakfast potatoes were dry, and not great. No one in our group ate the biscuits. They had cereal, yogurt and oatmeal as options as well.

The room appeared presentable but one of the beds was broken and was attempted to be fixed with duct tape. The bathroom was dirty and looked like it had previous very poorly repaired bathroom. The plugs in the room did not all work. But it was nice enough to sleep for a few hours and leave in the morning.

I was very nervous when I approached the building. It did not feel safe driving up. I was worried about our vehicle being broken into. Everything was safe when we left. The door handle-key card plate was loose on our entry door.
Most comfortable bed I have slept in for a very long time! Kids running down the hall were noisy but not the hotel's fault. Breakfast was good. Worth the $100.

Worst, request small piece of paper written room number and tenant number for breakfast. Without that small piece of paper, breakfast is not allowed. Who would keep that stupid paper for a traveler? Other hotel chain your room card is your permission for breakfast. Very disappointed.
