The hotel was good and modern. The free shuttle was good for an early morning flight, but it didn't run in the evening, so we had to get taxi back from the airport (15 Euros). The hotel is close to the airport but not walkable.

Hotel appears very new and the rooms are really nice. However, we were very disappointed with two things. One is the accessibility from airport. From the map it seems that it is within 5 minutes of walk from the terminal. But no, it would take 33 minutes to walk. The problem is the wall around the airport. The website did advertise free shuttle. But when we called, to they said that there is no shuttle in the afternoon. The taxi cost us $15. Not happy about that given that this is advertised as airport hotel. Also, the hotel has no coffee maker in the room and they want extra $10 for it? The hotel doesn't have coffee station or coffee machine anywhere in the hotel. In fact, no vending machine of any kind in the hotel. We will not use this hotel again and will be sure to check on such things since hotels are always trying to find ways to reduce service while still maintaining al the glitzy advertisements. Also, there is almost nothing around the hotel area -- no restaurants, stores or transportation

Free shuttle from the airport was really helpful. Breakfast buffet was decent. Restaurant for dinner was nothing special, but after arriving on a late flight, it was the only nearby option. Room was comfortable and a good size. Hotel was big- a little dated in parts (my corridor had a lot of damp in the walls) but mostly it was absolutely fine. Very convenient for the airport, and was good value for money for what I paid- I would stay here again.

They gave us a room that was supposed to be non-smoking, but the room smelled like smoke very badly it was hard to breathe. The door wouldn't open properly and had a mark on the floor where the door was pressed open so many times it carved an arch in the carpet. The carpet was also extremely dirty and stained. I looked in the bed and it also appeared dirty. I went to ask for a nonsmoking room since I could not breathe in there, but I was told there was nothing left at the hotel and they would send someone to air out the room. I went back to the room and now my wife had found bugs in the tracks above the drapes. I was also scratching my legs each time I entered the room and later found flea bites on my legs and arms. When I went down to tell them about the bugs and that we were ready to leave, I was finally given another room. The 2nd room was much better, but there was no air conditioning the entire time we were there. It was so hot it was hard to sleep and we were sweating the entire time. We spent the entire 2nd day out of the room just so we would not have to be in there coming back only to sleep. I have to say this was the first time I ever had where I could not wait to leave a hotel. I had picked this hotel over another one even though it cost more because I thought it would be a great way to end my vacation with an upgrade, but what happened made the end of my vacation very upsetting and wished I had not made this switch.

You have to arrive via some sort or vehicle, they provide a limited shuttle service from the Airport, despite only being a 8min drive from the airport you cannot walk .. the local taxi do not want the short fare to drop you off .. dreadful driver and shuttle bus drops you at a super long program to check in to be charged a city tax !! Bearing in mind the are many kilometre outside of the city and then only laugh at you while they tell you that they don’t know why they still charge.. very dated !! Rooms and restaurant ! Dreadful service in restaurant.. bathroom basin was blocked and smelled with no change points to be found anywhere! My first stay and very much my last .

The staff are lovely and the hotel looks fine on the surface, but the furniture in our room was broken, the shower didn’t work and the breakfast was really not good. It had a very odd taste out of both machines and the selection was more limited than most breakfast, we had in Italy.

The property was definitely not kept up as there were dirty/damaged walls in the hallways, mold around the edge of the tubs and we got completely locked out of our room due to an issue with the door lock mechanism. This caused us to have to pack and move rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is very secluded. Nothing to do around you. The shuttle times are not good for travellers. We had to take several taxi’s and they were expensive. We had ants all over our table in our room. Not very sanitary.

The hotel is very old, there were damp stains on the wall and had a musty smell. The water in the bath came out yellow. I arrived late in the evening so the shuttle had stopped and cabs wouldn’t take me because it was so close. Not a walkable route to the hotel. I wouldn’t recommend.

Very close to airport, and excellent shuttle bus to and from airport supplied FOC by hotel. Breakfast was excellent, and room was clean and comfortable. I would certainly stay again, or recommend to a friend. If you do not get the shuttle bus, the taxi fair seemed a little excessive at €14, so try and avoid the late flight after 11.30 pm.

We traveled in a large group of 26 returning from a cruise. Check in was smooth. We decided to try the restaurant because there were no other options close by. The service was terrible. The person in charge was very brusque at times taking orders. I’m sure being a convention center they get larger groups than 26. Orders for others at my table were served and my husband and I waited for almost an hour before we got our appetizers. It was a very unpleasant experience. I had to ask for bread which was served to other tables.

Hotel itself was fine but I am LIVID over the lack of the airport shuttle between 12 and 9pm despite listing saying shuttle was available upon request. Their attachment with their schedule did not work. But aside from that - who doesn't provide a shuttle for SO MANY HOURS OF THE DAY??? That was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel! Their desk staff was useless and would not put me in touch with the manager to complain. I want my 15 Euros for the taxi ride back!!

Rooms were clean but the bathrooms had thick black mould around the taps and under the topping of the bath trim. I also saw some on the over bath towel radiator. The rooms were tired but clean. Check-in was very slow. All staff members were pleasant and friendly.

Really nice hotel. Quiet even when so close to the airport. Offers a feee shuttle service which is great. Nice and comfortable. Only downside was the shower which had so much limescale only half the holes worked.
