My stay was incredible! I was very impressed with this hotel. The only negative was the $75 incidental fee. I stay in many hotels throughout the year, because I have two kids in college. I have never had to pay more than $20 for an incidental fee. This $75 incidental fee forced me to have to order in on for dinner on Saturday night. It will also probably make me have to choose a different hotel the next time. I am a Hilton Rewards Member, so I was very surprised to be charged $75 at check in.

We were in room 428 all we kept hearing was the knocking in ac ducts in the second room close to the front door which kept us up at night. The other roon thermostat said 65 degrees was warm and muggy Other wise everything was good

First off , like I always do whenever I rent a hotel, I always check the bed to make sure that it is okay to sleep on. My daughter and I were traveling therefore we booked a king bed with a sofa bed. Upon checking the sofa bed I n the room, there were stains on the mattress pad and mold on the bed . I reported it to the front office , I was given another room. Upon checking that sofa bed in that particular room, it was stained and had crumbs from what ever persons ate while sitting or sleeping in the bed. I had to purchase a plastic mattress cover from the dollar tree to cover the mattress for the duration of my stay. On the first day, I had on a pair of white Sox which was very dirty from the floor not being cleaned. I had to buy cleaning solution to clean the bathroom and floor and in the process I decided to disinfect the whole room, because I was not sure what else was not properly cleaned. When I went to bed I noticed that there was only one remote control in the room , for both tv , I called the front desk to report it, and was suppose to get a call back in 5 minutes to say if an extra one was available I never got the call. My daughter and I had to use the one remote for both tv during our entire stay. Please check the sofa beds before you sleep on it. Very disappointed. The common areas and dinning room was cleaned.

This is a great location for the Boombah games. The room was very nice and we heard nothing from other residents. However, when we tried to check in, we learned that Expedia had not provided a credit card to the hotel so they would not allow us into our room. It took two hours with three people talking to five different Expedia employees to get the information they should have already provided to the hotel. This was a total screwup by Expedia and really caused us unnecessary grief and frustration. Expedia owes us some compensation for their poor performance!!

The room was awesome. The manager helped us carry in luggage because all the carts were being used for a Bamitzva.

Got to the hotel one hour after check in time and our room was not ready. They said to wait 10 minutes and they would have it clean. Then they no longer had our room we booked available. Gave us two separate rooms and the air conditioning in both of them had issues. One was leaking water and the other one was so loud kept waking up to it.
