1) toilets in the rooms should work. room starts smelling like an out-house when toilet is clogged and overflowing. 2) guests should not be put on hold for 15-20 minutes when calling the front desk. 3) it should not take 2 days and multiple requests to NOT fix the toilet. 3) coffee makers in rooms should work. 4) the online registration should be truthful. after completing all required fields once, the front desk should not require providing all info again. 5) the online registration claims that quests simply pick up room key after online registration. this is not true at all. 6) guests who have already registered online, should not have to wait in line for 20 minutes behind people who have no reservation. 7) the "breakfast" is substandard. it desperately needs an omelet bar, fruit, and enough coffee. 8) there appear to be no vending machines and the ice machine on 2nd floor needs to provide more than a half dozen ice cubes. to be fair, the gym is nice and Charles (at front desk) is friendly and helpful, but does not appear to have enough support staff morning, noon, or night.

Every staff member is friendly, respectful and helpful. The GM Danny was our reservations savior when everything got a little convoluted. Charles and Dawsen where very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Maintenance was also very quick to respond to our call, Xavier was efficient and helpful. Our room was clean with nothing out of place, though the floor could've been mopped a little better in a few areas. 5 stars overall for us as they are always so accommodating and free breakfast is a plus in our book :) Thank you!

It is not what it used to be. There was a strong smell all over the hallway and the room smelled like a blend of strawberries and chemical smells. The cable signals was out ( we were told there was no a technical help available for that). The bed was uncomfortable, the hotel needs a good cleaning and remodeling in the inside. The staff were very friendly.

There was deterioration in the tub - needs to be replaced or redone, the backplate behind the shower valve was coming off the wall with screws sticking, the outlet in the bathroom did not work and the door in the bathroom had what appeared to be water damage and perhaps pet damage and were sloppily painted over…..Needs ATTENTION!

Cleanliness - The room itself was not clean at all. There was plastic put over the smoke detector from the previous stay (someone smoked in the room I assume), there was hair in the bathroom, stains on the comforter, and hardly enough toiletries for 3 guest staying 3 days. I would say it’s acceptable if you have no other options and you’re very tight on money. We chose this for the location, but would not do it again. It’s hard to get comfortable when you feel like you’re in a really dirty space. Our room key stopped working once because of a power outage, and again late at night for some reason. That was frustrating. Positives - the front desk staff is very kind and helpful. They have breakfast.

The room was fine but very dated. The door handle seemed almost broken. The outlets only worked when you had the lights on. The TV remote in the living area stopped working about half way through our stay. No cleaning service provided for a 4 night stay.

The maintenance of this hotel leaves little to be desired. We had to body slam the door to get in to our room. The elevator felt like a death trap and the 24 hour locked door was never locked, so anyone could just wonder in off the highway. They can definitely do better when they are trying to charge a $250 deposit and 115 a night.

My key stopped working and I went to the lobby but had to wait around to get someone to fix it, because there was no one at the desk. The bathroom doors need to desperately be cleaned- they’re very dirty and the toilet seat was super loose. I asked for a room away from major roads but I could still hear the freeway clearly.

The rooms were clean and well appointed. The staff were excellent. We arrived late. The gentleman at the desk was friendly and helpful not only to me but several other guesas well. He seemed to know the area well, offering dining advice to another guest. There are only two negatives. The first being there are no vending machines or a small food area where you can purchase snacks or beverages as other properties have. Secondly, the front elevator was damaged by vandals with scratched in graffiti ripped out sections of wall covering. From my observation it has been this way for a while. Not a good first impression. Except for those two issues, it was a nice property. Parling spaces were plentiful wide.

Lovely quiet suite of rooms with a comfortable king sized bed. The sofa bed was a bit miserable for our son but they always are. Floor was nice and clean so we pulled and put the mattress on the living room floor instead of the sofa frame.

They going charge $400 for checking out room for damage they say I caused. When I have pictures of room when I checked in. The bathroom tub was stained and water still in tub. Calking was in bad shape. No explanation of extra charges. I will not be staying there ever again

The room was clean however the bathroom had an odor, one of the lamps didn’t work, the couch and chair need cleaning or replaced. The air conditioner in living room very loud. The entry door near the back parking lot does not lock so you don’t need a card to get in. However it is in a nice area.

Needs attention and upgrading. Elevator: panels peeling, door marred, noisy. outside planters, no plants. Breakfast, fair with exception of broken juice machine. therefore no juice. Room: refer to 1st sentence. Worst item! toilet height for children, only. (& I'm only 5'). Best comment: Staffing, nice.

This facility was absolutely disgusting!!! Bed bugs,blood on the walls, holes in the walls,air conditioning did not work,bathroom sink clogged,paint flaking all over,parking lot lights pointing right at the bedroom window,toilet seat not installed correctly. I had to ask front desk for a sheet just so I could put it on the disgustingly stained chair so I had a place to sit. Worst hotel experience ever!!!!
