Room was comfortable, clean and nice. Elevators were fast. Pool closes early at 9pm, don't know reason for that.

The Room stinks room service ended at 11. In a casino room service should be 24hrs. This hotel has gone down hill. We stayed 4 nights they never emptied the trash room service plates were in the hall for more than 24 hours. Had to request additional TP. What did I pay for. No service

I have never checked in to a room to find there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Then to try to call the front desk or housekeeping and the phone has no dial tone. So we pick it up and there’s no phone cord.

We absolutely love Mystic and always come here when we get our adult night away, our anniversary’s or birthdays!! There’s a lot to do and so much yummy food that you don’t even need to leave!! From the fun atmosphere to the live music, it’s our go-to place! And of course, you cannot forget about black light BINGO!! We usually end our night with a treat from the dessert place by the cafe. Looking forward to our next stay!!

Very comfortable and clean. Several options for food within the establishment and a ton to pick from within a 10 mile radius. Only negative I would give is the daily housekeeping. It went away during COVID and it has not been brought back. Not an issue for your one to two night stays but not so friendly for the 4-5 night stays like us. They will bring you anything you need but will not take anything out of the room until the stay is over. Room prices do not reflect the lack of daily housekeeping....other than that we love the place.

When we got there it smelled like smoke covered up by febreze. There was no microwave, fridge was not that cold. Coffee maker took 3 trys for it to work, pods were not quality. Bathroom light above the mirror was burnt out. I found someone's dirty pair of socks my the window.

We had asked for two king adjoining rooms. Check in was 4:00; when we checked in at 4:50, not only were there no adjoining rooms available, the only two king rooms available were on different floors. Very disappointing... I booked through hotels.com and was told by the hotel front desk that to have requests (such as adjoining rooms) honored, we need to book directly with the hotel.

It’s a hotel, at a casino. Now while I’ve been at A LOT nicer hotels attached to casinos, this is still a comfortable, clean place to stay. Nice that the elevators are accessed only to guests with rooms, so you don’t have drunken degenerates wondering the hotel halls. Was given a room on the very top floor, 17th. Was a pretty decent view. Considering it’s a hotel attached and built by the casino, I would have liked a bit more room, comforts and amenities within the room. Been to quite a few where the rooms are pretty spectacular, specially when the casino WASNT. i.e. Boundary Waters Resort & Casino. Rooms were extremely spectacular, which was good cause the mini sized casino, was extremely disappointing and lame.
