Rooms are old. No WIFI in many rooms. We went all inclusive- hidden fees like $30 upgrade if you want to go to MIXX restaurant, $30 if you want a lobster at another restaurant. No entertainment. All the bars " ran out of things "- no mint for mojitos,No barcardi no music at Swim up pool, minimal entertainment( DJ until 9.30pm). No shows. Staff appear unhappy " please tell management how you feel" Would not recommend this place if you want a lively vacation. Food was good but most restaurants had the same items on the menu
I would highly recommend going with Billy Bones Tour to Anguilla ( Sammy and Junior were awesome).
I would like to mention at the resort some great staff members that made our stay somewhat tolerable
- Tony- Our Tour Guide to St. Philipsburg/DJ- so friendly and knowledgeable.
- Ruffino- At Seabreeze restaurant- so nice/helpful /attentive
- Mimi- At Pure Ocean In the morning breakfast – always smiling/welcoming
- Eddie –transportation/shuttles on resort- friendly/ made us laugh
- Jay – at the swim up pool ( we only saw him once )- nice/attentive

Excellent resort, so many different options of relaxation ranging from the beach to the infinity, mesmerizing pool and hot tub and beach view. Multiple restaurants.. everything within walking distance, seems intimidating at first that the resort is so huge but the walk is so doable… food and drinks amazing, so fresh… hospitality 10/10 and front desk very helpful… first time in St. Vincent and the stay was amazing! Would do it 100 times again!

We quickly realized that the rooms advertised were those in their time share units. There was a stench in our room the moment we walked in and small ants were on the nightstands and the sink area. The odor got progressively worse and they finally agreed to move us to another room on the 3rd night of our stay. The explanation was that they have been having issues with their plumbing since the last hurricane. 2 of the restaurants on the property were pretty good, Gyzmo’s and Oceans. The rest were mediocre at best.

We paid a lot of money to stay at this place, one king suite with beach view 1. The shower was dirty 2. The hottub didnt have hot water 3. The phone to call the reception didnt work 4. No housekeeping we stayed 5 days and they did not come, i went to reception to request to clean the room and they did not change sheets 5. No room service, you cant order food 6. The have 1 or 2 bellman for the whole resort who would drive you in a golf cart to your room since you can only park right at front by the entrance if they are not available you have to walk this whole resort back and forth or if they are busy you have to just sit and wait 7. Everything closes super early and open at 9am
I spoke to ghe manager Maria and she did NOTHING "i apologize for the inconvenience" then promised me a bellman to pick us up to leave to the airport when checking out and no doorman came we had to walk the whole resort with our luggage, i couldnt call the front desk because the phone didnt work, very very bad service, but the doormans were nice i fellt bad they overwork them to save money but they charge you a good amount for everything

Most of the staff were extremely friendly. Seabreeze restaurant and Gizmos were amazing but the other restaurant options were lacking. Loved the pools and decks. Our room was
Clean and suitable even though it was older. We were disappointed in the beach clean up, seaweed sat for days with little effort to clean it up. We also thought the concierge were a little pushy for the time share presentation.

I recently stayed at Divi Resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One of the biggest issues we encountered was with housekeeping. Housekeeping didn’t start until 9 a.m. each day, and even then, it would take anywhere from 2 to 5 hours for someone to finally bring us towels. This delay was incredibly frustrating, especially since the cleanliness of our room left much to be desired.
Our room’s floor was filthy upon arrival, and despite multiple requests to have it swept and mopped, it was never properly cleaned. It became clear why when housekeeping finally arrived—it was mostly older ladies who were responsible for maintaining the rooms. We felt bad for them, especially considering the resort section we stayed in had no elevators, forcing them to climb flights of stairs multiple times a day.
This is not only unfair to the staff but also directly impacted the quality of service we received. I suspect that the heavy cleaning equipment, including the tools needed to mop the floors, was simply too much to carry up and down all those stairs. This isn’t the fault of the housekeeping staff; it’s an issue that the resort management needs to address immediately. The front desk seemed powerless to enforce anything, which was frustrating. A resort of this caliber should be ashamed of its lack of consideration for both guests and employees.
On a positive note, the food at the resort was quite good, the staff at the restaurants and bars were amazing.

We had a nice stay at Divi Little Bay Beach from 8/11-8/17.
Pros- The beach and water was beautiful, multiple pools, food was above average, with numerous choices at each restaurant, quiet atmosphere, great for shelling, quick ride from airport, felt safe, easy to walk to everything.
Cons- Service is slooooow. Being from NY, I know that traveling to the Caribbean usually requires an adjustment in expectations for speediness, but upon arrival there was only 1 person doing check-ins, which made it take over 30 minutes just to check-in and be told our room wasn't ready. Service at dinner is also slow. Prepare to be at the restaurants for up to 2 hours just to have an app, entree, and dessert. Some nights we didn't mind this and others it felt like our order was forgotten. Also, if you don't do the AI option, food is very expensive. Shops on the property close by 5/6 so theres no shopping after dinner.
Overall we had a nice time. Ernesto had rolled by on Tuesday and caused waves and seaweed to wash ashore. I was disappointed to see it take multiple days for the grounds staff to clean the beach for guest use. It was clear people were getting frustrated. Some staff seem to work very hard while others are often seen sitting around, not doing much. If you are looking for a resort that has a lot to do, this isn't it though. This resort is really just a beautiful, quiet place to relax.

Some of the staff was fantastic. Others were down right rude. The resort itself has so much to offer for the price but staff is very important to us. Coming to a new island you’re looking for the friendly vibe and feeling welcomed. The head of entertainment at the resorts was top notch. Everyday he seemed genuine and was making sure everyone had a good time. His energy was contagious. Jay, Sandy and Pierre were wonderful. Some of the female bartenders at gizmos were rude and we were ignored when wanting service on more than one occasion. Many other guests said the same thing. During the tropical depression many workers asked if we needed anything. The resort is worth trying. Beach is beautiful and so is the property

I recently stayed at Divi Little Bay Beach Resort, and while there were aspects I thoroughly enjoyed, there were also significant areas for improvement.
Pros: The location is spectacular, boasting one of the most beautiful beaches I've encountered. The cleanliness of the rooms also met my expectations, ensuring a comfortable stay.
Cons: However, my experience was marred by frequent electricity outages, occurring approximately 5-6 times per day, which is quite disruptive. Moreover, the Wi-Fi connectivity was disappointingly unreliable. In today's digital age, consistent and fast internet is a necessity, not a luxury, especially for working professionals like myself who need to stay connected even while on vacation. Despite inquiring about a business center, the initial response from the staff directed us to look for alternatives in town. It was only later revealed that there was a "Hospitality Center" within the hotel that offered slightly better, yet still underwhelming, internet service.
Summary: The natural beauty of the beach and the pleasant weather were highlights of my stay. Nonetheless, the issues with electricity and Wi-Fi, coupled with mixed responses from the staff, significantly detracted from the overall experience. It's crucial for Divi Little Bay Beach Resort to address these infrastructure and service shortcomings to truly match the expectations of its guests.

Wonderful beach. Safe. Most staff helpful and frienbly.
Many items in room did not function properly...refrigerator leaked, no lampshade on bedside light, ceiling light switch did not work. Reported all, some addressed some not.
Room waa not as clean as on other visits. Ice machines did not work.

It’s a very beautiful beach resort with amazing views with everything you would need on resort grounds.
There is taxi service available right at the entrance of the resort if you do choose to not rent a car.
The staff were very welcoming and kind. There are also events that take place on the resort hosted by staff members so you’ll never be bored while having lunch or dinner. They even plan activities like walks that are at no charge to you.
I will definitely be back here when I visit St. Maarten again!
