Was told housekeeping only provided once a week. We were there five days and never saw housekeeping at all. Had to take our own garbage out and towels piled up alone no one ever came to clean the room

Too many contacts by text and email. Wanted email again at check-in. Traffic noise was disturbing. Had trouble understanding the clerk at check-in. Ice maker did not work(I turned it on).

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. However, the lobby smelled heavily of garlic, the walls were paper thin (I could hear my neighbors TV on low all night) and the shuttle driver DEMANDED a tip. Next time I pass through Dallas, I will be staying elsewhere.

I was very pleased with my stay. The bed was the most comfortable out of any hotel I’ve been at. This one is definitely on my list of places to stay when I’m in town.

Very nice room very friendly staff. There were just a couple of minor things. The bottom sheet would no t stay on corner of bed was too small, and need a better food selection. All else great.

I had to wait an hour for the shuttle from the airport. This is very unusual. I learned later they were having to use cabs because the van was in for repairs. Not too upset as this is not the norm for this hotel.

Due to flight cancellation, I made the hotel reservation last minute. Then, I called ahead to request their free airport shuttle. The driver arrived approx. 30 minutes later. Upon arrival, though, his shuttle was marked for a different hotel entirely. I asked for clarity but he didn't offer any so I chose not to get into his van. After he left, I called the hotel back and explained this. They apologized and stated they were actually borrowing a van from a different hotel. I responded with feedback that would have been helpful to know during my initial request. I asked if they could send the driver back to pick me up. They said they would. An hour went by and I called back for status. I was advised the driver should have already arrived and they would call his cell to check status. When they got back to me, I was advised to use a car share (Uber, Lyft) instead because the driver had chosen to pick up new arriving passengers instead. I was frustrated and asked them why he hadn't informed them earlier because I had been out there extensively at that point. They only apologized and repeated the suggestion that I take car share. Upon arrival to the hotel, I informed their front desk of my disappointment. It had taken over two hours for me to go less than 10 minutes from airport all because their driver decided I could wait. New/Different driver next morning was equally rude and noncommunicative but I got home eventually. Lastly, one of the room forks had hardened food stuck to it.

Hotels.com are morons. best way to put it the hotel never received my booking. I have conformation numbers and verification number Hotels called the property multiple time. The property keeps telling them that they don't have a reservation. Hotels.com did not want to refund my money but try to get the hotel to let me say. After an hour literally an hour I had to get very unfriendly with Hotels.com went on the IHG Website and had a room is less than 2 minutes. They finally refunded my money. I will not use hotels or a third party to book again. I will use them up and look at the hotels in the area then go to the actual website and get the room direct. Hotels.com are idiots on the phone. Get American call centers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Foreigners that cant speak english or speak broken English are no help at all. NONE!!!!!! I am going to write a review on Google as well.

It was a reasonably priced hotel by the airport. We were stuck in Dallas after a late flight. It is clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. No where to eat in the immediate area though we solved that with Door Dash.

AS ADVERTISED
Located close to the airport and the shuttle runs on time which is very convenient, room/suite was very spacious and clean, also has a nice little kitchen with a good size refrigerator, dishwasher and some basic utensils, bathroom has a pretty big size, only issue the head shower was loose and was difficult to maintain it still when taking a shower, water was going out of the bathtub and got messy but manageable. Hotel doesn't offer breakfast which could be a problem specially if you are planning to stay more than one night or if you have to catch an early plane because there is nothing around that area other than others hotels, hence be prepared to use Uber, Taxi or any other type of transportation, will take 40 minutes walking to reach the closest shopping plaza in that area or 7 min in car.

My plans changed and I really needed an upgrade on the room to two beds rather than one. Property refused the request because I arranged my room with Expedia. Their queen bed was more like a full side bed. Sadly made my stay a bit uncomfortable.
