We have stayed in Farmington several times and i wish we'd always stayed here. This hotel is super clean and well maintained, the beds were comfy, the standard bathroom was really easy for me as a disabled person (no tub, enclosed shower), staff was friendly. Soundproofing is good because i never heard anyone even though it was pretty busy. There's a little cafe w/ a starbucks in the lobby and front desk staff or security all hours. You can walk to dennys or village inn but definitely get Taco Box for yummy food!

The inconvenience of a broken elevator was the worst. Having to lug our bags n suitcases up n down the stairs with a bad knee n a bad back. The pool was EMPTY!! That was a disappointment as we had a child who wanted to swim. There were dust fuzzies in the corners.

The staff were nice and friendly. But the elevator did not work some of the time, the ice machine on 3rd floor did not work, the pool closed for "renovations", in summer time?? Only luke warm water in the evening. For the price, it was a huge disappointment. I will not stay here again.

Booked through Expedia. Specifically requested pool and hot tub. Got to hotel and pool and hot tub were shut down and had been for quite some time. Did. Not find out until check in. Would not allow us to cancel our rooms for two nights. Extremely disappointed. A lot of homeless people in the parking lot and couldn’t even go out to vehicle without being approached by them. Never again will I book through Expedia or book this hotel.

It took them 3 times to get us the room we booked. 3 different keys. 3 different rooms and finally my wife was so pissed we stayed in the 3rd room and it STILL wasn’t the room we booked. Probably the most outdated chain we’ve also stayed at. Usually, they keep these pretty updated. Waste for the money. Skip this one.

I grew up in Farmington and this was one of the nicest hotels in 2016. When we left, the rooms were dirty, the elevator was shaky and did not seem to be in good repair. There was no working ice machine on our floor and the pool Was out of order, The place smelled weird. The Regional manager was there, He was made aware, but just told us to get in touch with Expedia since we had booked through them

Get the pool and spa fixed.Security is needed and visibly present so that street people don't wander around the hotel.yes, that happened twice.They were very drunk riding up and down the elevator. Safety should be implemented for the guests and employees.
