I pre-booked the room and paid for it, but when i checked in they said they gave to room to someone else and no other rooms are available so we had to stay in a room that was for accessible people. The room was very small and didnt had a microwave.

I really enjoyed the stay at Coast Canmore. The hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and had a good ambience. I wish the the rooms had had USB ports for charging as I did not bring my outlet charger and they had no spare ones.

Hotel was good and staff was nice. The room wasn’t very comfortable for sitting around as it one chair and an uncomfortable bench around the table. The bed and pillows were comfortable and was able to get a good sleep. The bathroom was quite small and hard to get ready without knocking things down.
The whirlpool was in need of a cleaning and defoamimg, which was disappointing.

This hotel presents very nicely. Room was clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the room as not well sound insulated. I have stayed I much older (less nice) hotels and didn’t seem to have the level of inside noise as I had with this one. The people above us I’m sure we’re just walking but they sound like a herd of elephants. We could hear everyone talking in the rooms next to us. You hear all bathroom noises louder than you should in a hotel. We didn’t use the restaurant or any other amenities the hotel offered. We pretty much only slept there as the mountains kept us busy all day. There is a $10 per vehicle per night parking charge also. However, they waived that charge after I mentioned the sound that could be heard all night. First floor has ground level patio door accessible to the outside.

The bed was rock hard. Like sleeping on a board. Both myself age 55 and my 24 year old daughter both had terrible attempts at sleep

Great location. Awesome staff and service. Parking spots are bit narrow and with such hotel price it should be free (10.50$ PER DAY IS bit costly. I would stay again in future

Good location, convenient for Banff 20mins away. Very easy access from/to Trans Canada Highway. Good size rooms with comfy beds. Plenty of on-site parking but not free. Breakfast not included in the room rate. Restaurant service for dinner was slow; food quality was very disappointing. (Better value options in the area eg. Padrinos for dinner and Chez Francois for breakfast). Some noise interruptions from the nearby railway traffic.

Tea and Mauricio (spelling?) were highly responsive to our needs. Tea was able to check us in early which allowed to take a rest from our long drive.
The pool was well maintained but unfortunately could not be reached without testing the early morning chill.
Some of the other hotels in the area offer Nespresso coffee which would have been welcomed.

I called to keep the same room after adding on one night due to Jasper being closed. They wouldn’t honour this until I complained to the manager. I have kids and moving rooms is very inconvenient. The prices were insane too. It was my most expensive hotel that I paid for and my room wasn’t anything special (2 queen beds) with not a lot of room. I bet some CEO is raking in the profits while middle class people like me are just trying to go on an affordable vacation.
