Great stay as front desk and staff were very helpful and friendly

The room was big and comfortable. I especially liked the chaise by the window, great for gazing out at the lovely view, and I appreciated the disability-friendly accommodations. But what really made the visit was the courteous, kind staff, from the bellman that greeted us when the car drove up to the person at checkout.

Great location. Walked to Camden. Great beds. Nice bar. Marriott can't help what's happening around them. Baltimore is Baltimore.

Very nice property. Busy but there was enough staff to move things along quickly

We couldn’t watch the semi finals and finals in the US open tennis tournament because they have DIRECTV and the contract between DIRECTV and ESPN expired and they were in negotiations. Also they don’t have peacock on their TV so we missed out a lot of them important games and matches.

This hotel was very nice. A weekend getaway and it was exactly what I was looking for. Hotel food is a bit pricey but there are several restaurants walking distance. Extremely clean and comfortable!!! Will definitely be back!

I liked the view from our room. I found our bed to be uncomfortable and woke up with pain in my lower back and legs after our second night. There was inadequate sound proofing in our room which allowed us to hear our neighbors speaking.

Check in was challenging. The person at the check in desk kept saying I needed a confirmation number. I could only find an itinerary number and that was not the number they needed. She finally had her manager help and he found it. Therefore, check in took a lot longer than it should have.

Party of 3 stayed Fri-Sun. Located in the heart of downtown. Shopping, sightseeing, a plethora of restaurants are steps away. Request a high floor so you can have a view of the city.
Checkin/out were seamless. Mouna & Julianna were very friendly, helpful, professional.
More than enough towels. Housekeeping skimped on the toilet tissue. Started with 2 used rolls. The room was cleaned but no rolls were left. A request was made. With 3 people in a room you can't skimp on the TP!
Coffee/cup supply was low. A request was made. A large plastic bag was left on the counter. There'll be no need to replenish this room's supply for the next 3 guest checkins! Can't complain about having too much, but placing the items in the container or stacking them neatly on the tabletop would have been a nice gesture.
Mini fridge was actually micro-mini. Big enough for beverages only. No microwave in the room, but there's one in the lobby near the bar.
Look for souvenirs elsewhere. Gift shop had 6 mugs and 1 postcard. Literally.
Visited the lobby's restroom, said good evening to a young lady from housekeeping. She looked up from her phone, didn't respond, looked back down. I exited & said good night. No response, didn't look up. Another guest entered, young lady said "Good evening ma'am", dropped her phone as she hurriedly fumbled to put it away. Interesting.
Would I stay here again? Possibly. Jury is still out, even with it's great location. 4 Seasons across the street. May give them a try.
