The hotel was ideally situated just a short walk to Old Town & the Christmas market.
Hotel was extremely clean and smelt amazing. We were slightly disappointed to be given a twin room when a double was booked ( told we could swap the following day but who wants to pack up and move when only there for a weekend! )

Absolutely amazing stay! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food in lobby bar was excellent and drinks in both lobby bar and skyline bar were fantastic. No complaints.
Skyline bar was spectacular and was the location of our engagement so will always hold a place close to our hearts now!!

Very nice and good hotel. Friendly stuff, kids allowed in spa (restricted hours) nice rooms, a lot of different seating areas all around the hotel. This one is definitely one of the best i ever stayed on even if I have over 1000 nights the last 6 years.

A door that didnt close properly a broken toilet seat. Last time I was here the lobby bar had very poor service. But it was good this time :)!. But please be better with service! Otherwise this is my last stay eaven if the hotel it self is very amazing.

There was a note of “Green housekeeping program” that on 2nd and 3rd day they change towels without cleaning and donate one Euro to countries needs in water.
However, they never change towels on 1st, 2nd 3rd day. I don’t understand the intention correctly?
I asked reception and they promptly changed towels. Otherwise no change of towels and cups and glasses for 7 days.
I regret hanging the tag of green housekeeping.

It’s great, convenient and close to everything! My only thing is to access the spa and pool then you have to pay extra. We choose this for this reason but have to pay 25 euro for adult and 10 for kids.

Quick but memorable stay. The breakfast in the morning is superb - smoked fish, pickled fish, veggies and fruit, scrambled eggs, sausages, outameal and much more. And they can even make you eggs per your request. The staff is cordial and attentive. Helped us with taxi service which was exceptional. We can't wait to stay there again.

Great location, super close to Old Riga, attentive staff, incredible views from our room, great skybar with some tasty cocktails. Spa (pool, multiple sauna rooms) was included in the room price and it was the highlight of our stay. So peaceful and relaxing. Everything was perfect. We can't wait to come back

Not sure how this is a 4 star hotel. We were so disappointed during our stay. The location was OK, the other radisson would’ve been a better choice for location. We were on the 6th floor and Friday and Saturday night we could hear the bass from the club downstairs until 5am. I had The air conditioning running since my arrival as it was probably close to 28 degrees in the room upon arrival and it was still incredibly warm my entire stay. There was stains on the box spring of the mattress and lamp shade. There’s no outlets in the bathroom so have fun if you need to use hair tools besides a blow dryer. Pillows were the most uncomfortable I’ve ever used. View was nice, skyline bar was expensive but cool, and front desk staff was friendly, that’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. I stayed at a 2 star property right before this one in another Baltic country which was way nicer than this one.

We had a great stay for 5 nights in a premium room overlooking the park. Our room was on the 24th floor and we had panoramic views. We arrived the weekend celebrating Riga’s birthday and there was a party in the park on the Saturday coupled with a DJ in the Skyline Bar above us. The noise was crazy until around 2am - the hotel did offer to move us and gave us vouchers for the bar. They don’t call it little Vegas for nothing! But the rest of the stay was perfectly quiet. Didn’t sure the spa or the casino so cannot comment on them but the skyline and lobby bars were both good with a nice relaxed atmosphere. The premium room was spacious and had everything you need. It is a short walk to the old town or train station, great art galleries/museums in the vicinity too. I would be happy to stay again.
