If you have a vehicle, you have to make sure to have extra time (at least 30 minutes) before they bring it to you, since they don´t have a parking lot on premises and apparently the parking lot is very far away (they should clearly state this fact at the time of booking). They are terribly understaffed (only one waiter during breakfast (who, by the way, is the same person that brings your car). Definitely this is not a child friendly property (the had not arranged for a bed for our kids when we arrived. The guy at the front desk (very rude, by the way), told me that they "assumed" that one of the kids would sleep in the bed with me and my wife (I explained to him that since I had booked the largest room in the property (one of the only 3 rooms that the hotel has), I "assumed" there would be a bed for a kid (since I explained I was coming with a kid at the time of the booking) and that the bed on which one of my kids was supposed to sleep would be big enough for my 2 kids (who are 4 and 5 years old). They even charged me $150 per night for a minuscule extra bed they finally installed in the room. Only one guy during the day to help with luggage and with any requirement whatsoever. Dinner in the restaurant was very good though. Definitely not staying here again.

Our room was spectacular. It went on and on with a full spa in the area behind the living room and bedroom. Their were 2 kinds of sauna room, a whirlpool and massaging waterbed. More information on how to use the rooms would have made that part more valuable.

Lovely experience at this property, it only has 3 bedrooms so it feels very personal. Amazing a la carte breakfast included sitting waterside. Great dinner restaurant , although expensive if with kids. We stayed in the largest room with had its own jacuzzi and harman, highly recommended. Extra kids beds are charged for so please check costs before hand.

This property is lovely, real feel of family to it, the restaurant is very good, we stayed in the spa suite and the spa facilities were excellent. There is no private pool or beach access so we went next door to the public beach to have a swim.

Great location next to the castle and lakeside as well. Beautiful rooms and property. Great food in the restaurant. Unfortunately one of the wall panels in our room fell off on our last night there.

No hot water and control over room temp for 2 days out of 3 day stay. Outdoor seating areas were not cleaned and open for use all 3 days. No compensation was made for these short comings. Plenty of excuses were offered, however we were paying for a great experience not excuses. We do not reccomend this property.

This hotel was a surprise stay on our honeymoon, as my wife thought we were booked in a different 1.
From booking in with Angelika, to the fantastic suite, the views & the food the whole experience was very special. We stayed in the Royal Suite Maria Luisa. This was every bit as good as expected and a little bit more. Having your own Spa facilities within the room is quite special. The views over the lake from the balcony, and the outside bar/restaurant area are probably the best you could get in Sirimione. The inclusive breakfast is extensive with lots of fresh fruit, cereal, cooked and cold meats. Along with fresh ground coffee and assorted teas. The staff are a credit to this hotel & resturant, we dined here on 2 occasions, during our 5 night stay, and the food is beautifully cooked and presented, by the very knowledgeable staff. Even if only visiting Sirimione it is worth a visit to have a drink or dine here.

The accommodations, hospitality, service, availability the unfailing attentiveness to guests on the part of the knowledgeable and bilingual staff, as well as food on the immaculate premises were superb and beyond reproach. My wife and I have circumvented the globe many times, on the finest of cruise lines and staying in some of the best hotels in the world, and have found none whose attentiveness to both detail and guest's comfort exceed that afforded to us at Relais la Speranzina.
