I recently booked a stay at this hotel through Expedia, and I must say it was a disappointing experience.
Upon arriving at the hotel the room was not ready and was dirty (even though it was already 3pm). When we asked for towels the "clean" ones that were provided had a ball of hair inside and stains.
Later in the evening we were stunned from disgust and horror when we discovered multiple worms in the bathroom in the evening. The worms were alive and crawling on the floor, which would make anyone's stomach turn.
The presence of these pests was not only unsanitary but also unacceptable for any accommodation, let alone a hotel that charges for its services. What is more bizarre is the staff declined our request for a refund so it seems for them this situation is normal and acceptable.
Cleanliness should be a top priority for any hotel, and it's disheartening that this one fell short in this regard.
I strongly advise potential guests to think twice before booking a stay here. Not only did we have to deal with worms in the bathroom, but the hotel's refusal to address the issue adequately (and refund our money) left a sour taste in our mouths. Consider other options in the area to ensure a pleasant and hygienic stay.

Both of my children had stomach pain and threw up (dont know if it was because of the pool or the food), but there is a photo of the peaches...and my childrens bathing suits were brown after the pool...
Plus I was expecting more entertainment for children in a 5 stars hotel...

The hotel is DIRTY! Room service is a luxury and when they decide to come they just make the bed and maybe vacuum. 2 of my family members got food poisoning, talking to other tourists EVERYONE heard of someone getting sick! The staff barely knows English, you ask for a teaspoon and they have no idea what you’re saying. The indoor pool is filthy, stinks chlorine, meaning it’s NOT CLEAN, the outside pool full of sand, hair and smells like chlorine. The water slides are open 1.5 hours/day, twice a day. Food is low quality, you have to wait in line to get some meat and then wait in line to find a table, the plates are dirty, with food stains, you have to look for a clean plate, the teaspoons for the kids are in a very dirty container and they’re dirty as well, the kids menu is minimal, if you find a yogurt for the kids it’s a lucky day because they put out limited quantities. They advertise the hotel as five stars but the restaurant & outside bar is 4 stars. They advertise it’s all inclusive but all the drinks are from a soda fountain, if you want something bottled you have to pay for it! The alcoholic drinks are very limited, there’s a white wine and red wine and when you ask what type of wine, is it a Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio they have no idea what you’re saying but they claim they are five stars! Obviously don’t expect to have a cocktail at a five-star resort, it doesn’t exist! All the alcoholic drinks are local and if you want anything foreign guess what, you have to pay!

The service is a disaster, the main majority of the staff does not speak or understand a word of English. Furthermore, they look very intrigued when addressed in English, like it is something uncommon.
The food is bu far the worst ever experienced. We did not have much hope for the ALL inclusive menu but as is lt turned out we did not find 1 single at least decent meal. At breakfast, not even the coffee is decent, to say that....
We thought that we will for sure find another restaurant where we can have an a la carte menu. The surprise was That even though the hotel has an “a la carte” restaurant, this is only the name of the place, and the restaurant itself serves food only in an all inclusive regime. It took at least 6 hotel staff to get to this conclusion as none of them can give you a proper explanation or even a semi-logical one.
The COVID sanitary policies that should be followed are not enforced at all by the staff. Guests are gathering in large groups and form lines wherever the good or drinks are served without even the slightest warning from the staff to keep their distance.
Moreover, by giving contradictory information, the staff itself creates large groups of people even in indoor places.
The beach restaurant, the only one where you can serve food from the menu has very serious sanitary flaws while preparing the food.
All in all, a bad experience, we ate some tomatoes and cucumbers for 2 days straight and then decided to check out earlier.
