Too much for the condition of the hotel. Checked in and went up to our room and it wasn’t ready for us. Housekeeping came in to finish the room. Breakfast options were very limited. Very outdated

Arrived at about 7 pm and were promptly told their key system was down, they couldn’t provide us w a key, and would have to show us to our room. They never fixed the key problem.
I asked about the pool, and was told it was “closed for the season.” It was 90 degrees outside. The pool was a large part of what attracted us to the hotel.
We were shown to the disabled room, and it was very warm when we arrived but the a/c was on and eventually got cool.
Bathrooms, breakfast and mattress were all gross.
I used to be a Hilton customer through and through. This hotel changed that.

Hotel was clean. Not many people since hotel was being renovated. Bathtub was gross. It had rubber on bathtub floor that looked like dirty. Towels were old and sink had rust. Needed to be updated and we should have been told on your website. I definitely would not have stayed if I had known. I have stayed here before and it was much nicer. Perhaps we were given a bad room needs by some much needed TLC.

Hampton Inn automatically charges your credit card an incidental fee of $50 at the beginning of your stay. If no incidental fees are incurred, then they credit your card though it may take 3 days to process. Disagree with the practice and won’t be staying at a Hampton again.

Upon arriving, the door had a sign that said no hot water on property. The hall had a smoke detector or alarm beeping all night. The bathtub was rusty. The door to where the fridge was didn't close. The headboard where the side table connects was falling apart. I pre-paid for the room or I would have left. The clerk said the manager was not giving discounts on stays due to the water issue. Maintenance was terrible. Could be a nice place but there is obviously no one caring for the property.

The ice machine wasn’t working. The workers could be a little more friendly. The bathroom paint was falling off the ceiling. For the amount of money I paid per night could’ve been a lot better.

The overall area was fantastic, as were the staff and other staying guests. The ice machines on the first and second floor were broken, so the third floor was the only place to go for ice. The room was amazing, however there were always ants in the bathroom even when things were cleaned, and we were staying on the second floor. Not sure if there was anything in the walls or if they were coming up the drain, but it made going to the bathroom and showering a little longer than desired as the ants would need rinsed down the drain or wiped off the floor. Outside of that small inconvenience, the place and staff were fantastic.

I had reserved a double room for myself, my husband, and our grandchildren. All they had available when we checked in was a handicap room which was a minor inconvenience. However they were still cleaning it when we got there, leaving us to stand in the hall. They were apologetic and trying to hurry, but I wish we had known before we hauled kids and luggage up there. The biggest disappointment, however, was that the pool was closed. I chose it because it had a pool so the kids could swim and would have chosen another hotel if I had known. The website doesn't mention the pool closure.
