We had a great stay all very straightforward easy check in took 2 mins. Continental breakfast was basic but set us up for the day. Shuttles on time and great location. Great stay had by all the kids had a ball and we were able to sit by the scallywags playground at nite and chill after the long days at the parks while the kids played.

Very child friendly hotel with the best pool (slides, waves, big pirate ship) which stayed open until 22:30. Fab rooms cleaned daily and very friendly, helpful staff.

Family of 4 (children 2 and 5), 3 nights so we could access Disneyland. Room was clean if a little tired but had everything, less a fridge, we needed. On site facilities were the same a little tired but brilliant for bridging between park visits. Shuttle bus to the park can be chaotic and at 2230 after the fireworks downright dangerous but that’s not the hotels fault.

Great facilities and spacious room. Bathroom and pool changing area could have been cleaner and pool would have been better a bit warmer but overall we were happy with our stay and would book this hotel again.

All though we didn’t spend much time in the hotel, the hotel was clean & tidy & had plenty for everyone to do while staying! All the staff were very happy to help & also interacted really well with the kids!

The amenities for the kids are great and the bed was decent. The AC in the room was filthy, when we called to ask why it didn’t work, they said AC only functions in the suites! So we opened the window and turned on the fan, which cooled off the room. But since there are no screens in France all kinds of bugs started flying in the window.. we had 2 moths, small flies and a mosquito hawk living in the room. It was convenient to Disney. The towels did not smell good. I would stay again but I guess upgrade for a suite cuz I need AC and hate bugs.

Perfect family base for Disneyland Paris! Amazing facilities for children with a pool, waterslides, adventure playground, arcade, soft play and much more on site. We had a really lovely stay. Shuttle service to Disney was busy but frequent and a good service. If you drive you can park for free at the Disney parks by showing your room key wallet - a massive perk for us!
Only issue we had was our room lost electric a couple of times - always sorted by reception/maintenance as soon as possible and hardly affected our stay!
We would definitely stay again as a base for our Disney holidays, due to the facilities for children I honestly think it is a better base than the Disney onsite hotels!

Hôtel room was very spacious which was great for a family of five and was clean. Didn’t see any where on site when booking that parking is now €17 in fact when I clicked about parking on hotels app it came up with a customers review saying great parking and free. The paying for parking would probably put me off staying again as with parking added made it similar price as Santa Fe.

The hotel is in perfect location for Disneyland and also pits on a shuttle bus. The rooms are getting dated now and smell a little musky, but they do the job as a base. Bad news is the price that we had to pay for parking the car..... we had to pay 17.5 euros for each day, it would've been nice to have known this before we booked this hotel, as we mmay have chosen another ? and then the tourist tax on top in total gave well over 100 euros on top of the high charge for the room.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times in the last 3 years. This year we turned up to be charged 54 euros extra to park our car there. This is something we have never had to pay before and we not told about! You pay enough to stay at the hotel without having to account for 17 euros per night extra to park your car. I also requested a cot as we had a 6 month old baby with us.
They responded with ok However when we turned up to our room there was no cot provided. Luckily we brought our own travel cot with us. The hotel is very dated and has not been updated in 3 years. The showers are not good at all you can barely wash in them and they aren’t the most clean. The pool and facilities for the children are good but they need to consider the rooms they are providing. The majority of staff were friendly and helpful. It is a shame as we have always enjoyed staying in this hotel but likely the next time we come we will be looking elsewhere and not likely to return.

It was a great playing area for the kids. But food, coffee etc. was not impressing. You had to pay extra if you wanted a hot breakfeast, like eggs and bacon, this was not included. Big disapointment, the service in the paid breakfeast area was also very bad. It also included dirty plates, dry cucumbers etc.
The shower area for the swimming pool really needs an upgrade too. The painting is falling off the walls, and it Lions really bad. The showers worked fine, but i expected more.
I would not come back here unfortunately, because the play area, as mentioned, for the kids was amazing!

Absolutely amazing stay!!!!
We had a ball, the room was fabulous, great layout for us as 2 adults & 1 child. Pool is out of this world, you could have a holiday in this hotel alone nevermind visiting Disney!
Free shuttle bus ran to the parks very frequently although we actually used bolt / Uber to get back at night (9 euro) as it was easier & faster.
Check in was brilliant, Cyril on reception was amazing, gave us all the info we needed, chatted away while booking us in and gave us lots of advice. Great ambassador for Explorers.
Food was good, we had breakfast each day off the buffet, there was enough choice for a good start to the day.
We ate dinner in the resto on 1st night, again a buffet but I thought it was a bit overpriced for children, especially as our wee lady is a picky eater, perhaps an actual children's menu would be a better idea?
We ate from the pizza resto thé 2nd night & it was lovely, not overpriced and pizzas were cooked fresh to order.
All in all a fabulous stay and we'll definitely return!

Whilst the prime facilities are well kept, they ARE open very late. IE: there can be noise from the park and pool until 11pm. In addition, the pool area would benefit from improved cleanliness.
The room we stayed in had damaged wardrobes, one room light that did not work, and no drinks making facilities. Since we only needed the room for 1 night, we accepted it but a cuppa after Disneyland would have been a blessing!
In addition, the included breakfast was not great quality - if we visit again, we will upgrade.

Like the fact that the swimming 🏊♀️ pool closed at 11pm gives you time to swim after a long day out and what i don't like if no AC in some room and makes it too suffy

The hotel facilities are brilliant for families, however, the pool had no lifeguard and kids were every where unattended. Kids coming flying out of the water slides knocking into other kids near by, dangerous!
Breakfast is plain but comes free with the price so can’t complain in that respect.
The room is small but has what is needed. The beds are awful, actually could cry with the back pain they’ve caused us as a family. The bunk beds were awful and kids kept complaining of it being so hard to sleep on. The fan made noises constantly like an alarm, but needed it on as the hotel doesn’t offer air con, windows are dangerous as they have no safety latch for kids. They open extremely wide and we were on the third floor with kids, so couldn’t leave it open. Shower very slow and powerless.
Overall, if the rooms were to be upgraded and beds were comfortable then we would stay again as the hotel offers so much fun for families.
