When we frist got to the room I called the front desk to request another room because it smelled like cigarettes. They placed me on hold and never came back. Everyone was tried from the long trip so instead of non stop complaining I just ran to Walmart and got 2 cans of fabreze. I sprayed the entire room before bed, when we got up, when we came back to the room, and every chance in between. By the time we checked out the cigarette smell was starting to go away. We stayed for 2 nights.
The room itself was a good size. We got a 2 bedroom condo. The kitchen was good and the washer and dryer where clean. The pool area was packed so we didn’t go. The arcade was small. The fitness room smelled horrible and had water on the floor. I couldn't even take a full step into the room because the smell was so bad.
All in all I've definitely seen worse but at the same time I won't be going back.

Great hotel and value for the price. I feel the rooms were slightly dated compared to other similar type properties in the area but I am sure they update them as they can.

I planned a solo trip last month and made reservations with this hotel. I loved my stay here. The room was clean and tidy, the workers were welcoming, and I felt very comfortable. I will choose this hotel again when I plan another trip. I can’t wait to go back!

It was nice to have my whole family in one room with plenty of space but we had a stink bug infestation. We had to go buggy bug spray to kill most and maintenance had to come multiple times to vacuum them up. Right upon the moment we stepped foot in the room, they were everywhere. If other hotels would’ve been available (nice safe hotels for my family that is) i would’ve booked somewhere else right away but nothing available. They would just tell me “it’s stink bug season and it’s really bad” but every one we met and other hotels we called to verify this information all don’t know what season they were talking about. Seems to be local to this hotel. Odd part was we went to multiple floors and other parts of hotel with no stink bugs present, except on the 4th floor, building 3000. Definitely will choose a different hotel next visit. Staff was nice, just not helpful, citing other issues for their hotels pest control issues.

The hotel has it all. Indoor and outdoor waterparks. A mini arcade. 3 huge firepits in their beautifully landscaped yard. We visited at fall time and walked through a lit up pumpkin patch. They offer so many activities for kids. This is our 2nd stay and we love this place!

Enjoyed the pools, lazy river, jacuzzis and the fall pumpkin patch walk and decorations. The lights at night were so pretty. The late pool hours were great. Only suggestions would be to repair the room safe (didn’t work) and clean the jets in the room jacuzzi tub. The heaters in the outdoor pools were broken and about to be replaced so the outdoor pools were very cold even on a hot day. A few improvements and I would come back. The pricing was good because it was after prime season but I think the prime season rates are a bit high.

My room was very comfortable. I didn't take advantage the resorts amenities but they’re great for families.
The Resort has done an incredible job decorating the property for the fall season.

I booked a king size bed, non-smoking, balcony room. I received a king size bed in a non-balcony room that smelled like smoke. Since my flight was several hours late, I got to check in at about 1 am; so I was too tired to query the front desk about the accommodations. However, I did address it the next day and was relocated to a room next door. Both rooms had a full size kitchen with standard appliances and stone countertops. There was also a stacked washer and dryer in each room. However, the color scheme chosen was right out of the 1970’s. The beds are quite firm, so I was a bit uncomfortable. The property is in close proximity to Dollywood. There are restaurants and shopping within 2 blocks. Even though it is a resort for children who appreciate the things like the water amenities, I did not have any issues with unruly or unsupervised kids. The hallway to my room was very quiet. Mac, from Monroe, is their new night auditor. He’s an absolute gem!

We took a family trip and this resort did not disappoint, perfect location to visit SMNP. WM,McD’s close
As beautiful as the photos, in my opinion with SO MANY amenities right on property to keep your family entertained. We had the deluxe suite with 2 queens and a balcony, the suite was beautiful clean and spacious. Loved that it had a washer/dryer!
Upon arrival, we were greeted by Hailey, she was welcoming, friendly and informative. We have a special needs child so we requested a 1st floor suite and this request was filled. We always make a point to introduce our son (He’s 12yo non verbal and has Autism) to the front desk staff for emergency purposes and Hailey informed us that she would let management and other staff members know. Hailey and all the staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and we appreciated that.
Outdoor Waterpark area had water slides, splash pad, lazy River and more! Loved that both indoor and outdoor pools were open until 11pm every night. Loved night swims with my son!! We went to indoor pool once but it was not as impressive as the outdoor. Indoor water slide would definitely scrape you up a little and it’s very dark in there!
We took a walk outside in the fire pit/playground area, it was also nice so many lights and beautiful landscaping, in fact the entire property was beautiful!
I highly recommend this resort to all families especially those with special needs children. Thanks Hailey!!
Also, go to Cades Cove and see some bears!!

This hotel was amazing for kids! Our 4 year old was big enough to do the water park outside including the water slides. The lazy river is only 3 feet deep as well as the majority of the outside pool is only 3 feet deep, so he could do these without water being above his head. We loved the inside water park for the day it rained on our trip. The seasonal activities out behind the hotel were a nice touch for a few more things to do. It was really convenient to have a fridge/freezer with ice maker, microwave, and dining room table for preparing and eating food as a family. It was also really nice having a washer and dryer right in our hotel room. Highly recommend this place for anyone with younger kids!! We are already looking forward to our next trip back here!!

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. My son loved the water park on the outside. We all did really. He went down the slides once on the indoor part but chose not to again because it hurt his head and shoulders.
The room was impressive. We liked that it was clean even down to the inside of the oven. However, my husband got very little sleep because the air handler was located right on the other side of the bedroom wall and it was extremely noisy. It sounded like a train was constantly in the room with us. I didn’t like that the bed was awfully hard and seemed like some springs were broken or just flat. I definitely had to go to the hot tub everyday to relieve my sides and back.

As soon as we get there the ladies at the desk were so nice and friendly. We went to the room unpacked and went to the pool, out for dinner and back. While getting ready for bed. I pulled bedspread down to reveal some questionable spots on the bed.... called and asked for a new blanket. Its 8:30, with 2 small children. It was after 10 before we got a blanket and were able to get in the bed. But besides that everything else and everyone working there was amazing!
