Centrally located and many atteactions can be reached by foot.
Friendly and quick check in, room of OK size, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Slept well. Bathroom is small, but shower fairly large
Breakgast has a good selection of warm and cold dishes, and worth the extra price if you are a breakfast person

Walking distance to the old town of Tallinn. This hotel offers everything you need, nothing to complain. Rooms are modern and clean. This was the third time in this hotel and many others have been tried before. If the room rates stay O.K., we will book this hotel again.

Great hotel. The De Luxe Room was super good except the coffee table is uncomfortable low and the texts in shampoo/conditioner/body are so small that you can’t read them. Really nice breakfast. Spaceus bath tub. Great location.

Nice hotel with central location, great lobby bar and breakfast. The spa with three saunas was perhaps not worth the cost.
Both tram and bus stop outside the hotel. The old town is only a short walk.
Cleaning only every two days.

The cleanliness of the room let it down. My room was cleaned very well apart form the floor which was so dirty that I had to keep my shoes on.
There were roadworks taking place outside the hotel and it was very difficult to drive to the hotel. However, there was plenty of parking available once we eventually found our way to the carpark.
There was also quite a lot of noise from traffic outside during the night.
On a positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good, the location is excellent for city centre and there was a restaurant on site.

1 night stay before flight back home. Part of a chain (I think linked to the ferry service?), I stayed in one in Riga earlier in the week. Big hotel, free breakfast. Slight issue with the mattress on the bed in that it kept sliding off, but not uncomfortable! Good value for money. This part of the city, Rothemann quarter, tram network and streets are being renovated at the moment, when it is done access and environment will be much nicer. Edge of the old town is 5 minutes away. Train and bus stations around a 20 minute walk. Close to tram stop for Kadriorg although the walk out there inland or via the beach & Russalka monument is pleasant if you have time. Would stay again.

Easy to get to, central location. Size of the room is quite small though. Room amenities are pretty basic. Otherwise it is ok.

Great new modern hotel only minutes outside of the Old Town. We had a nice family-size room that met our needs. There was road construction in front of the building; looks like it is nearly completed. But we didn't hear any noise from it. Staff were friendly; but gave us incorrect information on how to take transit to the beach.

There is road construction in front. But it didn't really inconvenience us. And was still quiet and clean inside.

Hi.
My card was declined when paying for room. My card was accepted anywhere else in Tallinn except this hotel, even in hotel's own bar. The reception staff did not help me with this problem by checking the machine and I was forced to use my emergency cash for the payment. Not my type of service as I am sure it was the payment terminal's problem.
Bar staff was friendly and helpful.
Room was tidy and sleeping there was peaceful and refreshing.
There was a water boiler with two bags of tea. As a coffee drinker it was sad to see no instant coffee bags. They cost a cent but make the day much better. For a 100€ room I expect to get that, especially since there are so many tourists from Finland who famously drink the most coffee in the world per capita. What gives?
When I returned my keycard the receptionist only opened their mouth when asking for minibar use. No greeting, no thank you please come again. This and the previous problem with card payment begs a question:
Is your hotel living in a world where Soviet service still exists? Where receptionist doesn't need to know how to serve customers? You do understand customer service is everything in hotel business?
This was my first hotel experience in your company. These complaints I have are small but they make a difference and I presume my bank card (and my money) are more welcome in some other hotel in the beautiful city of Tallinn.
You can thank the cleaning staff and bar staff. They succeeded in their work.

I travel extensively and have stayed in numerous hotels worldwide, but I’ve never encountered anything like this before. I called the reception to request a standard room cleaning, including fresh bed sheets. To my surprise, I was informed that this would incur an additional charge. Shocked, I declined the service.
The room lacked basic amenities, such as an iron and ironing board. There were only two tea bags, with no coffee or other refreshments available. Additionally, there was only one pillow per person on the bed, and the mattress quality was absolutely poor, preventing a deep and restful sleep. On a queen bed, there were two separate blankets, which is not ideal for a couple sharing the bed.
Overall, the experience felt more like a 2-star hotel, certainly not a 4-star one. I wouldn’t return to this hotel.

This is a big, modern hotel with a great location very close to Tallinn's old town. My room was on the 5th floor. When I arrived the TV in my room did not work, but a quick word with reception got that sorted. There was a well stocked mini bar, comfortable bed and WiFi was strong and reliable. My only issue was that the hotel needs more elevators for the number of people who stay in it. There are 3 and their capacity is limited to about 4 adults so it sometimes took 20 minutes to get up or down to my room. Apart from that it was a great place to stay. It'll soon be even better as a tram connection to Tallinn's ferry port is under construction running past the hotel's main entrance.

Hotel is nice and updated, but nothing exceptional for this price. Room was quite hot if the sun was shining. Breakfast is basic but dinner was good. Fitness track is a joke. It is just a normal stairway. No gym or spa available in this hotel.
