overall stay was great had small issue at checkout about the pre paid breakfast but i think they got resolved. my CC card still shows i had to pay again. hope they remove charges.

This a nice hotel with excellent breakfast choices. Much better than the HIExpress and Fairfield hotels I recently stayed at in NE Ohio. The room was very clean and attractive.

Off main road hotel surrounded by other basic travel hotels. Little dinning options so far out of town but there are a few choices down the road. Found a great indian curry about 1 mile down road.

Employees all welcoming. Great breakfast service with attentive employee. Convenient to OSU and surrounding areas. Nice size room and bathroom Bedding was a little scratchy and not friendly/comfortable to my skin.

Always my top choice of hotels while visiting Columbus. The Hampton Inn never disappoints.

We booked a room for 3 (2 full beds) because we traveled to drop our son off at college checking in on Monday, August 12 and checking out Thursday, August 15. The hotel was ok but I did find spider webs and other signs of uncleanliness in the bathroom. Some furniture looked a bit old but the room served its purpose for the short visit. The next morning we went down for breakfast and the eggs served looked a bit dull, a strange yellow almost lime color. They seemed to be the cheap hotel eggs from a box. Aside from that they had fruits, bread, bagels, waffles, coffee, etc. It was pretty decent except for the eggs. The next morning it was much better because I was able to get some real protein in with mini omelets or hard boiled eggs they served. That day when we returned to the hotel our bed wasn’t made, our towels were not changed, our amenities were not replenished. They had not cleaned. My husband went down to the front desk and was informed that for “our comfort” housekeeping services were only provided every other day. They had a small sign in the bathroom mirror we should’ve seen. Our bad. Ok , so that meant housekeeping would visit our room on Wednesday. Well, we got back Wednesday night and our room was just the same we had left it in the morning. Same story as the day before. My husband went back down to the front desk. They ended up sending someone to clean, replace towels, etc. We checked out the next day.

This hotel was comfortable, easy to navigate, quiet, and felt very safe. Pleasant stay...have stayed here several times, and it is always enjoyable.

The hotel itself was great. Great service. Great front desk employees and house keep and kitchen/wait staff. Breakfast just seemed busy and quality seemed down compared to other stays and the waffle iron wasn’t the best.

I had a great stay. Enjoyed the breakfast and amenities. Staff was very friendly. Rooms could be a little cleaner in the bathroom upon arrival and with housekeeping but overall would recommend.

Very friendly front desk staff at check it. Quick and easy. He had longer brown hair, glasses and maybe a beard. Very friendly. Really appreciated the quick no nonsense check in. Nice place. Will stay again.

I came home riddled in bed bug bites. I hope that this review causes this property’s management to undertake a thorough cleaning and de-infestation.
