The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of towels. We couldn't sit comfortably on the vinyl sofa because it was so far off the ground. So the only place 4 adults could sit was on the bed and in the 2 chairs in the room, which made it awkward for conversations. We had 4 adults staying in the 2 king bed suite. The tiny complementary bottle of shampoo, conditioner, Dove bar soap, and lotion were only enough for 1 adult. We had to use the bar soap to wash our hands at the sink, and it was too small to shower with. We enjoyed drinking the cafe lattes and gourmet coffees in the lobby. Although the chairs in the lobby were cool and modern, they were not comfortable to sit on for more than a few minutes. Between the ridiculously tall vinyl sofa in the hotel room that you can't sit on without dangling your legs, and the uncomfortable chairs in the lobby, there was no place for us to sit and have conversations and enjoy drinking the coffee. It makes it for an uninviting lobby for family traveling together to congregate.

The staff was very friendly and helpfull, the hotel is very clean and roomy bedrooms. Will definitly stay again.

It appeared that this property is a thoughtfully managed family endeavor. Very nice staff. Clean establishment. Convenient parking and location. Arrived late and left mid morning after a very restful sleep. Despite being on crutches as I recovered from a leg fracture the establishment was easily navigated. I plan to return and highly recommend those headed to the area in need of a place to stay try the Ramada by Wyndham Marina.

Pros: Very clean, modernized, and well maintained hotel. Spacious and clean room, hallway smells great, provides complimetary beverages in the lobby, adequate parking. Areas around the hotel seems safe and very quiet and the 3rd floor has a panoramic view. Cons: Front staff and housekeeping are not very warm, welcoming, nor friendly. Housekeeping has very poor attitude like she hates her job. Check out is at 12, but housekeeping is already knocking at the door even though the DND sign is on the door knob. Hotel itself would nickle and dime for everything if they could. Early and late check out, extra charge! Beds are pretty firm, pillows are too soft, showerhead needs to be cleaned as it lacks water pressure, accent chairs have deep backing with no pillow, so you end up sitting on the edge instead(so uncomfortable), no icebox in the room, and bedsheets have these black specs of some sort, couldn't make out what it was, but its not alive. No pool. Thankfully, it was only an overnight stay, but we definitely feel it was not worth what we paid.

We have large family and opted for the 3 king room, which was amazing! It was so spacious and clean. The gentleman at check in was awesome and gave us some great food recommendation's. We loved the coffee machine in the front office. We loaded up on various selections during our stay. Overall, I was very happy with this hotel.

We were only about a little over an hour early to check in and we had a baby and the room was ready and they still wanted to charge us the $30 check-in fee. I find that ridiculous. I understand if it wasn’t, but the room was clean and ready.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. We enjoyed our stay!

First time staying here,our usual hotel was not available. It's an average place for this area. We were on the 3rd floor so nobody was above us but we didn't hear a lot of outside noise. The room is a little run down, not really badly like some other places, just typical nicks and scratches here and there. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. I usually can't sleep because hotel beds are so hard its painful but not here. There's a nice amount of padding to the mattress topper. Our main issue was the cleanliness level. When we got into our room there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom. My husband went down to the front desk and talked to someone about it. They had maintenance up to fix it before my husband made it back to the room. The guy poured white vinegar down the shower drain and told us to not close the bathroom door because the smell builds up if we do. Thankfully we had an evening event to go to for a few hours. The towels had a couple hairs in them and some of the washcloths had stains. So overall the cleanliness was definitely questionable. Other than that I could see this being a really nice alternative to our usual place.
